Superb workout..loved the energy. And i still enjoy your: 18 round Surya Namaskar (on the same lines)...maybe you can make a tougher/expert version of that one and call it 2.0..with a mix of Lunges/Squats.
What r the post workout when we totally work with wrist and palm ? My palm becomes painful so Pls upload the video for that to relax palm esp. post workout, thank you 💐 love your yoga ❤️

My body felt good (after about 30 minutes of rest 😄) P.S: loved how the cat strolled right under you as you were in chakrasana. Also, it was so adorable when the cat was playing with your leg during the plank jogging. This is exactly how my cat behaves whenever I am doing your videos. Ahhh , Gotta love ‘em ☺️
Hi Rashmi, trying to do surya namaskars from your list ( 24 suryanamaskars). I want to do 108 suryanamaskars. But there seems to be no video on 108 suryanamskars for beginner's. So, please can you make a video on 108 suryanamaskars for beginner's, it will be very kind of you .😘😘
There’s an audio count on 108 surya namaskars you can gradually work your way up to that. If you are a beginner then doing 108 surya namaskars might be too intense to start with

Now after an year I am starting again, saw ur videos and got impressed and want to reduce body fat , I am not that fat though. Any warm up exercises we have to do Rashmi. Please let me know.
