David Gray is a lyrics God
David has to be ranked at the very top of singer-songwriters by any measure. As mentioned in many of the comments, he is a phenomenal live performer. On a personal note, while I love almost everything he's done, Mutineers kept me company on a lot of long work trips - dont know if I could have done it without his company. Thanks for everything David.

Just saw David in Vancouver, Canada last night for the 20th anniversary of White Ladder.
20 years ago when I was living back in Ireland I saw him in Dublin. He was incredible then,but my goodness he was absolutely brilliant last night. I adore him. If you can, go to see him live. Just brilliant! Go raibh maith agat David. Fantastic.

It's almost identical. Threw me off a bit at first.
Hall of Mirrors is the mid-tempo, Cake and Eat It is up-tempo, and this new one is the slowed-right-down version. I fear David is repeating himself.
