+ sela (parboiled rice): 3 cups or 600g
+ sesame oil: 100ml
+ minced meat: 500g
+ onions: 3
+ carrots: 4
+ raisins: 1 cup
+ salt: 1 and halt tablespoon
+ pulao masala: 2 teaspoon
+ hot water: 5 cups

Thank you 🥰 the pot im using is called Kazan, you can find it online, for example on amazon. Other than that you can find these kind of pots in russian (sometimes afghan/ turkish) grocery shops 🥰
