It's the Hispanic rapper's who put them titles and make songs glorifying that as a culture tho. So how is it anybody else's fault. It comes from within the culture itself. It's like Kid frost when he made the song "for the raza". And everyone else follows whatever comes that ideology basically. It's a reality and what the Hispanics in California basically glorify being Mexican or whatever but it all comes down to cultural ideologies that come from beliefs and categorizing themselves of what their proud to be or what they they identify themselves to or with.

I think the rappers boxed themselves in by being mirror images of each other like most Chicano rapper bald a gang member/ cholo look and similar rhymes and vibe. The fact that a rapper like Mexican OT can take over and out grow the box in such a short time proves Chicano rap isn't dead it's just stale from being carbon copies so much.
