That Hellfire lead up to the final choral part is sooooo good. It’s the highlight of the entire show. That and it’s probably cuz I love Hellfire out of all the villain songs
*Low whistle* This was really well done, with a few exceptions. Honestly, I'm impressed with how Halloween this is, and yet is still wholesome. Much better than the fireworks show in Magic Kingdom in Florida this time of year, where that one had puzzling choices of songs outright. I really hope that this is the Halloween show to happen for the season next year when the party goes back to Disneyland. Bravo Disney, you did good.
While it was alright, this was nothing like i expected. I expect there to go something like this(though I'm not sure it would be any better): The part before Oogie's intro to this show starts with the part where Shelley is trying to figure out what costume she would wear for Halloween. However, at some point during it, Lock, Shock, and Barrel kidnap her and take her to Oogie. After she sees Oogie, scared and confused, Shelley would ask "Who are you?" to Oogie, in which afterwards his song plays. After that he tells her why exactly she was brought there(which was because he had overheard that she couldn't find a good costume for Halloween) and says he knew who could help, and then the whole "meeting the other villans thing" happens, with Shelley sometimes going back to Oogie. At the very end, however, she would actually end up dressing up like something based off of Oogie. And with her finally choosing something, Oogie tells Lock, Shock, and Barrel to take Shelley home. The very end would have Shelley's mom asking where she had been and where she got the costume, in which Shelley replies "Oh... I just got help from some friends." And then it ends with Shelley's mom shrugging it off, and having the two walk out together.
That idea can work but at the very least they should have Shelly appear in different costumes when she meets each villain. That way Shelly visually gets a taste of each villains power and ends up in a the dragon costume before it’s revealed to be the home made version we see in the end.
Not quite sure how to feel. I like that the show fully embraces the villains, but there are still some WEIRD music choices in this, just like with the Magic Kingdom show.
A good chunk of the comments are saying how this wasn't really good. Me, I don't mind it, as a villain fan, I just love the fact that they're getting as big a chance to be represented in a 20+ min show. Were some things weird and felt? yea, but still really entertaining. That techno remix of Bald Mountain and Hellfire is my favorite part. I think maybe if they wanted to do a 20+ min show, to not just show villains we've seen time and time again (i.e Maleficent, Ursula, Jafar, etc. [Don't get me wrong, they're awesome villains and some of my favorites, but can be a bit overrared]) They did do that a little bit of that by showing underrated classics like Mother Gothel, Syndrome, Yzma, Hopper, Stromboli, Zurg, Shere Khan, and Oogie Boogie. But I feel, especially now with all these franchises under Disney's belt, they can take risks and not just have DISNEY Disney Villains, if that makes sense. They could expand out into the MCU, Pirates, Alien, Predator, and Star Wars (as some examples, highly unlikely they'll add such mature villains into the mix, but you never know) Like, how cool would it have been to see Thanos, Darth Vader, Loki, the Xenomorphs, Mola Ram, Davy Jones, Palpatine, Hela, Magneto, etc. That'd make the shows more interesting and epic and have more flare. And not just for villains, heroes also. Now I know Star Wars land exists and you have opportunites to meet and greet MCU heroes in Hollywood Land, but you can have more flavor and expansion and not just have the franchises sitting onna self collecting dust. But besides that, this show was awesome. Thank you for uploading it🔥💀
Can't say I love it. Music choices were odd in parts and didn't flow good. Show kind of drug in parts. It's on par with Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular as far as soundtracks go.
The story seemed fine to me, but the show itself was lacking in the music department. To me 90% of the songs were just plain weird and didn’t flow well. Anyway, thank you for recording and sharing this.
It’s a fine show all the way through and then the ending just is like a horrible aftertaste. Completely ruins the show with a poor finale song choice and awful one liners

The Halloween parties will be staying at DCA for the time being :/
loved the Hades section
17:35-17:50 best part

I'm bothered by their use of the Queen of Hearts too, Cheshire Cat.

It’s so strange, so cool, but most importantly, it’s so *Disney* ! The amount of flame projectors used is ridiculous though 😂

Maybe they can change some scenes for next year
The Night on Bald Mountain/Hellfire is really good.
I agree

Random Wings what’s wrong with Night on Bald Mountain/Hellfire?
@@TwilightLink77 I think the wrong part are remix, not using the original orchestra version in 2010...
THAT ENDING AT 17:43!!!
I’m surprised they even brought underrated villains in this show
I was never expecting the firebird from fantasia 2000 to be there....
Well done! I love it!
Thanks Craig !
What did we do to deserve Ken Page?
The pal-a-round projectors went out at 8:00, woopsie
Nick Pelayo I think that was part of the show.
Jeff Cunningham it’s boot screen came on (the white dot on the screen)
Ursula awesome
I don't think yokai is in the world of colors why can't he be part of the Disney villians evolution I just want to see he rise
Thanks Craig Great Job loved it . Not sure about the last song though .
So now they're running the Incredicoaster during the show? Doesn't the soundtrack conflict with Dash's countdown?
Mark Sommerville I believe they mute it during the show as it makes the most sense
Way better than the utterly bland and forgettable Not-So-Spooky Spectacular at Magic Kingdom.
I heard the Headless horseman's laugh as well
18:40
Can’t wait nov 6
i feel like the only good part was when they played hellfire. the rest was just a little too random, especially the music
Oh, my, what a nightmare.
Indeed, it was
It’s a fine show all the way through and then the ending just is like a horrible aftertaste. Completely ruins the show with a poor finale song choice and awful one liners
I agree it was a good show (wish that the headless horseman scene was longer though)
The music in this is just sad. Way too upbeat for Halloween and waaay too much of a club sound.
Being creative with song choices isn’t a bad thing.
Nick Pelayo Well, sometimes creative song choices are a bad thing. This show is an example of that.
itsyaboilogan that’s just your opinion that that’s totally fine
