I have not seen it in person, but I think this is amazing (from everything I have seen in your video and other videos). For me, this would be the highlight of the party. It's haunting and it's beautiful, and it's a fantastic use of that particular space in DCA. I think Disney did a great job with Villains Grove and essentially turned it into a magical forest full of light (and dark!).
The villains grove is so beautiful, no videos truly could ever capture just how magical this experience was in person. I appreciate this video so much though right now...
Got to go in person when they did this, and it was hauntingly beautiful and was the highlight of the party! Im going back again this year to Disneyland and am hoping to get tickets again for the event! This was by far my favorite thing there and i can't wait to hopefully relive it all again with my friends who'd be going for their first time!
They did a really really good job with this. It obviously was low budgeted but they made it into something really magnificent. Sort of like an intro Haunted House for young kids. Well done Imagineers!
@@noobcraft6225 I meant in comparison to HHN and Knots Scary Farm down the road they used their money wisely in doing something effective that didn’t break the bank. Obviously something like this didn’t cost over a million dollars to create or maintain…so the little details while being financially sound makes this attraction all the more special
I looks fantastic, but I think they should add jumpscares of every villain in those sections in the maze to scare you. You know, to crank it up a notch.
So, it goes from Judge Frolo, to Malificent, the Cheshire Cat, Queen of Hearts, Scar, Dr. Faciliar, The Evil Queen, then the Will-o-wisps. What's the last one supposed to be?
He's the one who gets Alice in trouble. He lead her directly to the Queen of Hearts knowing what the Queen was like and kept angering the Queen and having Alice get blamed for it. In my opinion, he's no more evil than the other residents, but that's just me.
I can't get into all of this "Nightmare Before Christmas" stuff. I love Disney, but this just does not impress me. The great thing is we all of our opinions and this is mine. As long as "you" like it, that is the main thing.
Love the soundtrack! Designers and tech should be proud of this timeless attraction. 👍🏻👏🏻💥

That section in the beginning playing Hellfire from Hunchback,,, i didn't think they'd acknowledge that movie
Frollo was definitely one of the most evil and scary villains ever!
The section with Scar is the Best! Hands down 😍

I must say, the Hellfire segment in the beginning was wonderfully dark
The whispers are fairly creepy, honestly. Almost makes it feel like a toned down horror walkthrough
The Hellfire sequence is so hauntingly dark but also beautiful!
I could hear Hellfire in the first few seconds
So amazing love it so much wish we had something like this at Disney world
Wow! This is incredible! I wish I could experience this in person.

Looks Awesome. Thank you for sharing.

gee, i wish Magic Kingdom Park could do something identical to this when they bring back Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in 2022.
A walk through dancing lights and projections extravaganza.

It begs the question why don’t we have something like this in world?
Sue Coppola Space restriction most likely.
Will this be an annual Halloween thing? I would love to see this in person!
❤️
Why is the Cheshire Cat considered a villian?

Well, it's certainly not an ally.

I honestly can’t tell if that was really impressive or really lame.
koopa159 when you’re there, it’s amazing! The video doesn’t do it justice.
This looks amazing!
