Hi Adam, to add to your very informative video. Many new divers will try their fins on like a shoe. You did mention buying a size up if you are using socks (Tip: Try it on with the sock). But it is important when trying fins on to flex the foot (natural diving/swimming position). When standing your finger should be able to squeeze in the side. When foot is flexed it should feel snug.
is having ear protection hinders equalizing? do you know a product that allows for both ear protection and no hindrance to equalization? than you adams!
I heard that there are special earplugs with available lil wholes inside to make sure that euqalization is still possible whilst cold water is kept out of the ear. But I have not tried them myself yet.
Beginner here! I've been watching your videos for several months and really appreciate all that you do, Adam :) I'm currently using Cressi Agua as my fins, a regular snorkeling fin until I become more used to being in the water. Can't wait to try out the sexy factor of long fins! For girls/women wanting to get into freediving: please don't get discouraged if you can't find a fin with a small enough foot pocket or one that's an ideal stiffness and don't let others discourage you by saying you can't freedive! For some reason freediving is viewed as a very macho activity where I'm from (and not something you do for its own sake, usually it's paired with spearfishing), I literally had store clerks tell me manufacturers/brands "don't care much" for women freedivers and that finding a pair of fins for myself will be almost impossible (all while watching women kick ass at Vertical Blue!). I'd love to watch a video about proprioception underwater and becoming more aware of what your body is doing. As soon as my head is underwater (and I'm still really not doing much apart from trying to get a hang of equalization), it's like I forget I have legs and how to use them for any sort of sensible movement. I'd like to feel less detached.
45 Years ago I started with snorkeling exploring the depth upto fourteen meters. At the age of fifteen I achieved my scuba license. Twenty years ago I found my way back to the easy way of diving wherever and whenever I want. My freediving license then opened a door in the water were previously only was a gap. This is my way and there are millions of other ways in every direction not better and not worse than mine, because everyone has his own reality. There is no truth, only fun or no fun. So you are totally right. Let's all spend good times together in the water. I really like your channel!
I've been freediving for a few years and on some trips I just bring short (snorkeling but closed footpocket) fins. I find it more convenient to pack in my luggage and carry around with me all day when we're doing shore dives. Everyone has different needs and should pack accordingly, although I try to always bring my 3lb weight belt, it just makes diving deep easier. Greetings from San Francisco
I love your attention to detail and your articulation. It's so refreshing to just listen to someone enunciate their words and speak clearly about the subject rather than all the 'YoWhasUpYoutoob'. Please don't change. Subbed.
Underwater hockey player here! Still getting the hang of freediving and getting all the correct gear! The California coastal waters are COLD. great vid!
I've started with snorkeling fins for the Pool Training, then after my kick was strong enough, I bought the leadefin carbon fiber blades (mid, now I want the soft one more) and put it on a Pathos footpocket (very light weight and a super power transfer). With a hairdryer I melt a bit the footpockets on my feet's, press all sides, let it cool down and now I have very comfortable custom footpockets. Because of the bad evil rocks, I add a car wrapping foil on the blades, looks cool and works perfect for me.
Protect the blades against many deep scratches. I use 3M 1080 wrapping foil (100microns). Great stuff, super easy to use (dry) and looks like high end magnesium cobalt amantium blades :)
hi adam greate video. taking in advise from the wise here from denmark ive been spearfishing for a cuple of years though you live thousands of kilometers away you have been the best teacher ive had continue with that and thankyou!
Thanks for your presentation. I use long Mars fins and swim five miles daily alone in lake crossings. I am in love with my Mares fins and feel like a fish in the water.
Nice video! I bought a plastic detachable fins. I think they work more than awesome! I can’t imagine how fiber glass or fiber carbon work. Can’t wait to try it!! Thanks
You make we want to go from hard plastic to carbon. I’ve been debating the price for years but my brother swears by his carbons. We spearfish 60-80 so they’d probably be a good investment
Good stuff Adam👍🏻 I think most people should find this very helpful. I also share your views about people babying carbon fins. Mine have gone through a lot of abuse. Still looking and performing perfectly.
Spot on adam!😀 I just bought a new fin yesterday and really needed some tips about it,😃keep on making good quality videos and i have recommended you to my friends
It was funny when you were talking about you wouldn't use a monofin for leisure dives and swimming with fish because that is what I do lol. I love my monofins. It does depend on what monofin you are using. The competitive free-dive monofins are generally stiffer and larger but you can get smaller monofins that allow for greater maneuverability such as the Finis foil and Finis shooter. I have a Finis Rapid and a Mahina Merfin because yep, I'm a mermaid. :)
Would you ever use plastic blades to train your legs to help deal with fatigue earlier to then help you when you switch to carbon fibre. Similar to altitude training that athletes do?
Dan Black most people i know use stiffer fiberglass fins rather than plastic. Cause plastic generally just has less power transfer rather than actually building muscle or endurance. Not saying it doesnt though. Just stiff fiberglass is probs what you would want to go for. Some people opt for short and stiff
To be dead honest unless you're doing big dives with bi-fins 50-60m+ you really dont need to worry about conditioning your legs for them....just use the same fins so that your body and muscles get used to the movement as much as possible. When freedivers do want to condition their legs they use very short fins
Hey Adam! Thank you for awesome and very informative videos, love them :) I'm slowly getting into freediving, your videos are helping a lot! I would love to see a video about freediving wetsuits, especially for kinda cold freshwater freediving :) With respect, Mark from Eastern Europe
By the way guys I have those first shorter, black, plastic, cressi fins and I really like them for diving 15 meters or less but I have never felt limited by the fin they are very good for on caves and for grabbing Cray's as they almost never get in the way.
Great video Adam Freediver. But I think you missed out one factor which affects mainly new freedivers. This Fitness & Strength. Bigger, longer, stiffer fins need more leg strength & fitness. So its not a good idea to get large stiff fins if you are just starting out. You'll get tired quickly and cramp. Then when you get fitter, you'll have a great experience when you try Carbon blades for the first time 😊
"Much more higher performing blade"? Thank heavens you're much better at Freediving than grammar! Great video, though I disagree with your choice of fins - Cressi is by far the best, 'cause that's all I stock!
hahahhahahahhahahha! All my scuba buddies tell me about how great Cressi scuba gear is but the freediving gear isn't the greatest....or at least in the freediving world they aren't considered to be great but if I stocked them I'd say the same thing! My poor grammar is what turned me to freediving :P
I am a spear fisherman from Philippines, i love your equipments to dive, its very nice to use to dive catching fish in here 2 beautiful twin island called "san pedro and san pablo island" in Hinunangan southern leyte.
Hey Adam, I loved the video it was very informative:) I just have a question about the ocean hunter ambush fins. I’d like to purchase those just for recreational diving and I’m not sure if I’d be able to switch to fibreglass or carbon blades later on in future, are there specific blades for this fin or do other brands fit with the foot pocket? Thanks !!
Hey! Your videos are so much informative and it’s really clear and on point. Just a quick question, I’m 51kg and I want to buy carbon fibre fins, I just want to know as to what stiffness I should go for? I’m going 30-35m deep. Thank you Adam
Re-watching this I just realized that my fins have stiff blades. 😅 However, it doesn't feel that way unless I put the insoles into the footpockets which makes the footpockets (not the blades) both very rigid and as snug as my feet will allow. When buying my fins I focused on the footpockets and their fit (because the blades are exchangeable) and I'm still happy with my choice because, personally, I wouldn't want them to be any "floppier."
Hi man thanks for this nice video. I wanna know is protruded tip tail --like what C4 Volare has -- more efficient than the V-shape cut tip tail and why or why not? cuz I see most bi-fins got the V-shape cut tip instead of the protruded tip. curious. thanks man!
@@jaadmaan8156 I've since found out; the rounded mimic the tail of the slower fish found in the ocean, which we're closer to in terms of our speed so considered better suited for us.
Very informative! One little thing though: You can only get the maximum output for a given input, or a given output with a minimum input. You cannot get a maximum output with minimum input ... (i.e. "Minimax Principle)
Hey Adam love the content! I've been freediving for years and have seemed to plateaued. Ive taken freediving courses and could not figure out the frenzel equalization technique until I stumbled onto your channel. I'm trying to take the next step and would like to see a video on exercise, stretching, and diet? I've heard rumors about cardio being bad for your resting heart rate. To taking a freediving course and the instructor mentioning that certain chest stretches improve lung capacity. Also what you eat before a dive makes a big difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Aloha
Okay So videos on those topics will be coming but in short.........cardio is fantastic for freediving. stretching does not increase lung capacity, but food and what you eat before and after a dive makes a huge difference
Hi Adam, have you tested different pairs of fins in the pool and actually measured the different efficiencies? I know the carbon fins feel lighter and faster, but in practice that may not count for much more efficiency as Dave Mullins indicated with his CWT test of various low to high end fins. I believe he estimated the most difference was about 10% efficiency improvement with the carbon fins. Maybe do a test on video? Thnaks!
I would love to do a test like that! I think it's really hard to quantify these kinds of things though just because it's hard to measure the amount of energy required to push the fin through the water. I feel like the benefit of high end fins is how little effort they require to move them through the water as opposed to how far I move with each kick
I just subscribed! Grew up snorkeling and thought getting down to 25 feet was impressive. Ha! Been sailing around different countries and wanted to learn how to get deeper and longer dives. Thanks for the info and tips! (Going to be watching the wetsuit video next)
Hey Adam Im a big fan of your videos, you've taught me a lot and really improved my diving. Im planning on taking a freediving class soon i just have no time to right now being that none of the classes near me are being taught at times that work with my schedule, so I have to wait a few months. I am planning on diving during that time though and I was wondering if youll be making a video on recovery breathing any time soon? That would really help me out. I hope all is well, and good luck with training for the world championships.
Thanks so much! What do you think of the WEIGHT of the fins? Some say a light carbon fin makes you save energy, some say the weight isn't really an issue, and I have indeed handled some really heavy monofins.
I usually don't pay much attention to the weight of Bi-fins but that's because I'm not so performance orientated when it comes to my bi-fins but I do prefer a lighter monofin
im just starting out freediving and ive gone to the pool and im ready to go to some rivers around my area.. i can hold my breath for about 3 min and how long do you recomend i wait in between dives? ill only be diving 20 feet max and thats at a pool. but 3 min isnt going to be enough to satisfy me so how long should i wait before i dive back down?
Avery King rule of thumb is double the time you were down for. But probs should take a freediving course because a lot of factors play into it. And make sure you always go with someone
Thomas you're a legend....Avery definitely take a freediving course and just to be conservative I would recommend 3 times your dive duration as a surface interval....I'm probably more conservative than other freedivers though because I have had DCI from freediving
Well this is also a matter of style in many cases because a greater angle means you can keep the knees straighter for the front kick but can sometimes diminish the ability of the back kick. I like a medium angle personally but all these factors change from fin to fin and the materials used
Excellent video adam!!! This really helps me!! Liked and shared!! I can't quite bring myself to watch your sinus video all the way through....makes me queasy :-\ love your channel bro!
Thanks for another great video, Adam. Now I want fancy fins. I tried that bending the fin business on my plastic, Cressi Garas. Not much happened.... And was this filmed in your underground/underwater lair accessed via a secret shute behind your revolving bookcase?
Hi Adam , i'm about to buy my first freediving fin . I've decided to buy the Cressi Gara Modular fins because they have detachable foot pocket and medium stiffness blade (That's what i thought compared to the harder Cressi Gara 2000 HF and the softer Cressi Gara Modular LD) but you said in the video that it is a hard stiffness fin. I'm 171cm tall and 69 kg weight , should i buy these fins or the LD version ?
it really depends on what kind of diving you'll be doing but you'll be fine with either fins! you'll end up adapting your finning technique to the fin :)
My dives are shallow, usually for fun or shellfishing. You should try the quahogs in Rhode Island!, and the calamari. Would a shorter fin and a drop weight be a good way to propel me at a depth of 20-ish feet?
They sound delicious :) Drop weight diving is incredibly dangerous and I really advise against it completely. If we can't swim to a depth then we're not ready for the depth. But I often use short fins for shallow dive sessions
A follow up question: how tall/heavy is alexey molchanov. I thought hes a fairly tall and heavy (hes slim but probably not light) and on his last bifins WR he said he'd use the molchanov bifins with custom footpockets and softest available stiffness. Since its a WR nobody goes deeper than him.. why still the softest flex?
O.K Adam, I subscribed just to make sure that I get to see your video on mask. What I want to know is how to find the volume of a mask. Every one is advertising "low volume" but they do not say what the volume is.
As for me long carb fins didn't work, will go for mono fin. I find dolfin kick more efficient. I understood that freediving is individual, better relay on your own experience ,than to listen for thousands advices.
One thing I can see that could be a negative with the mono fins is that they are wider than your body and will almost certainly cause more drag because of that
Hey Adam. I'm a going for a upgrade from a from a plastic Cressi Gara Modular to the Pathos Abyss, and I'm thinking of the stiffness. My "specs": 185cm, 96kgs, going about 20m depth in my average dives, max 25-30m (but that's rare) and I'm mainly diving chill locations in calm weather (Greece, summer). I'm a fair freediver but in no way professional as I dive deep only while abroad. I'm quite used to the stiff ol' Garas but can't say I'm that fond of stiff blades. Unfortunatly I don't have the opportunity to try the Pathos Abyss in either medium or stiff before buy and I'm pondering whether to get the medium or stiff ones. The specs say medium up to 90kgs and stiff above 90kgs. I do hesitate to get the stiff uns for a couple of reasons. 1. I do a lot of surface swimming and not sooo deep diving. 2. I'm looking to lose a few kgs. I know it might be much to ask, but what would your recommendation be? Thanks! :) / EST
Hey EST :) I think you'll be happier with the medium stiffness fins- I fin that stiff fins are only really beneficial when i'm diving in areas with strong currents :)
Hey Adam, I'm thinking in the same line as you. i was even pondering the soft ones for a while, but I think that's going too far. :) Thanks for your thoughts on the matter!
Love your videos Adam. One thing you did not touch on is blade stiffness effect for those doing longer surface swims to a site. I must admit that I have stuck with relatively soft fins. Are stiffer fins more difficult for surface swimming?
they're definitely harder to swim with at the surface but if you have the strength for for it or the size for it then the stiffer blades shouldnt be an issue....typically a medium stiffness fin is best for long surface swims....soft fins just dont get that power especially in current
Hey Adam, i bought a pair of pathos footpockets and a leaderfins fiberglass blade and put them together. Instead of cutting the rails of the blade, i cut the footpocket rails almost entirely off. Apart from the fact that they look like shit, does it effect the diving? The blade still bends at around the middle. I dived with them fun diving wise, but never for deeper dives, so I don't know if they're more likely to break or anything. Cheers mate!
Psst.. I wanna hear about the tiny yellow ones behind you! xD They're adorable. I'm looking for a pair that's travel friendly. So that wouldn't take up too much space in a suitcase. I'd freedive casually on vacation so they don't need to be super fancy. At least not to begin with.
Hello Adam, Wanted to ask you about traveling with your fins. What is your personal method, and what would you recommend as far as traveling with them - specifically on airplanes? I know a lot of people will just carry them on. I haven't had the courage to attempt that (lol) as I would just rather avoid any potential grief or harassment from anyone (may be different for you originating from Australia but US security & airport attitudes generally bust balls) I've always just checked them in a hard case which is an added expense to already expensive travel costs Many thanks for any suggestions, kind regards
Hi ! I know this is not the subject but please help me; I want to know what is the best for a seaside departure and a long distance surface kicking for the same fins: an angle of 24 ° or an angle of 33 °. And thank you in advance
Hi Adam! Just wanted to thank you for creating a channel like yours - my beginner freediving experience improved greatly thank to watching few of your videos and your gear choosing guide helped me to choose the best mask (for me) and it gave me much joy as a result! I wanted to ask you for your choice of a watch that you can take with you on most of your not too deep (up to 20 meters) underwater adventures. Would you choose something simple like Casio or something more advance like diving computer? Thank you in advance!
Hi Adam, thank you for this wonderful video. You are my go to for gear advice. I noticed that you had videos of female freedivers. And I wanted to ask what fins they used because my foot is quite petite. Its 5.5 Aus womens and I have found difficulty in finding a brand that was small enough. And when they did, they were wider than my narrow foot. Or would you recommend custom foot pockets?
Hi Adam. We all talk about the diver's weight to determine whether to buy a soft, medium or hard blande. But how to determine the length of the blande? The amplitude of movement of the leg of a diver who is 2m tall and one who is 1.5m tall is not the same. When my girlfriend, who is 1.65m tall, 45kg, tried diving with the carbon soft fins of the 70cm board, she felt uncomfortable and couldn't coordinate the movements properly. The fins were to large for her . Is there any calculation for this problem?
Hi Adam, to add to your very informative video. Many new divers will try their fins on like a shoe. You did mention buying a size up if you are using socks (Tip: Try it on with the sock). But it is important when trying fins on to flex the foot (natural diving/swimming position). When standing your finger should be able to squeeze in the side. When foot is flexed it should feel snug.
Absolutely :) thank you for that! I'll figure out how to pin your comment to the top now haha
is having ear protection hinders equalizing? do you know a product that allows for both ear protection and no hindrance to equalization? than you adams!
Thank you for this. I tried a really snug fin even when standing and they hurt like hell when I was finning
I heard that there are special earplugs with available lil wholes inside to make sure that euqalization is still possible whilst cold water is kept out of the ear. But I have not tried them myself yet.

Oh bro! that's one of the best compliments I've ever received. That's exactly what I want these videos to do :)
I found your Videos recently! They have been of great Help! Not only learning a lot. But also you are so nice and a bit funny 🤗
Thanks so much Loreto! :) Very much appreciated
Thank you for your videos! They have helped me so much with my free diving journey. I have the Cressi gara pro set and I love it!

I have dont a video about basic freediving tecnhique which includes finning but i suppose not in great detail. have you watched that?

Solid info without being buyist😎😉😉thanks Adam
Oh also you can mould most footpockets with a hairdryer and some patience. I would do it before attaching blades ☝🏻
too true! when I tried it once I must have done a terrible job because i just ruined the shape of my pockets hahahah!
Only Pathos pockets are moldable actually

Hey! Your videos are so much informative and it’s really clear and on point. Just a quick question, I’m 51kg and I want to buy carbon fibre fins, I just want to know as to what stiffness I should go for? I’m going 30-35m deep.
Thank you Adam
I’ve learnt so much today thanks Adam freediver
Thanks for your sharing Adam... Oke I choice fins carbon soft material....
Can anyone let me know what shape to cut the fin blades for foot pockets? Made my own carbon fins.
Great video Adam! It helped a lot
thanks so much! so happy it was helpful :)
Thank you so much! Now i know what kind of blades i need
So so welcome :)
I wanna know is protruded tip tail --like what C4 Volare has -- more efficient than the V-shape cut tip tail and why or why not? cuz I see most bi-fins got the V-shape cut tip instead of the protruded tip. curious. thanks man!
Another quality share Adam, thankyou. I was hoping you would also cover what the deal is with the different shaped fin tips?
Rounded ends are good for spearfishing as your float line doesn’t get caught up as easily as V ended, that’s all I know
@@jaadmaan8156 I've since found out; the rounded mimic the tail of the slower fish found in the ocean, which we're closer to in terms of our speed so considered better suited for us.
(Going to be watching the wetsuit video next)
i am always going back and forth over his tutorials
Hey Adam Im a big fan of your videos, you've taught me a lot and really improved my diving. Im planning on taking a freediving class soon i just have no time to right now being that none of the classes near me are being taught at times that work with my schedule, so I have to wait a few months. I am planning on diving during that time though and I was wondering if youll be making a video on recovery breathing any time soon? That would really help me out. I hope all is well, and good luck with training for the world championships.
thank you so so much!!! Absolutely I'll be making a video on recovery breathing :)
Thank you, Russel Brand for an informative video.
Tier I : 4:51 plastic
Tier II : 4:20 fiberglass
Tier III : 8:40 carbon fiber
I like they way you talk Aussie man
Wow a very nice fins for FreeDiving using for spearfishing... Very informative video brother ...I like it...
Adam. Outstanding video and very informative.
Thank you :)
is there a fin that is good both for scuba and free diving? what do you recommend?
Plastic Long fins :) they can be used for all! :)
Can you not use carbon fiber ones?
Dude thank you so much for sharing your info
very welcome bro :)
im just starting out freediving and ive gone to the pool and im ready to go to some rivers around my area.. i can hold my breath for about 3 min and how long do you recomend i wait in between dives? ill only be diving 20 feet max and thats at a pool. but 3 min isnt going to be enough to satisfy me so how long should i wait before i dive back down?
Avery King rule of thumb is double the time you were down for. But probs should take a freediving course because a lot of factors play into it. And make sure you always go with someone
Thomas you're a legend....Avery definitely take a freediving course and just to be conservative I would recommend 3 times your dive duration as a surface interval....I'm probably more conservative than other freedivers though because I have had DCI from freediving
thank you so much!! i really appreciate it!
Bro thanks a lot for sharing this info! So useful, again thank you very much!
Thanks for the video. You did not mention the angle of foot pocket to blade? Do you have an ideas to add? Thanks Malcom Marsh
Well this is also a matter of style in many cases because a greater angle means you can keep the knees straighter for the front kick but can sometimes diminish the ability of the back kick. I like a medium angle personally but all these factors change from fin to fin and the materials used
Thanks adam, you let me to download this video. Gbu!
very welcome :)
Excellent video adam!!! This really helps me!! Liked and shared!! I can't quite bring myself to watch your sinus video all the way through....makes me queasy :-\ love your channel bro!
hahaha well that's fair enough :) thank you too for the feed back!
Excellent video adam! You're a very likeable guy! I enjoy your videos
Thanks so much! Glad you're enjoying them :)
Thanks for another great video, Adam. Now I want fancy fins. I tried that bending the fin business on my plastic, Cressi Garas. Not much happened....
And was this filmed in your underground/underwater lair accessed via a secret shute behind your revolving bookcase?
hahahhahahhaa this was filmed there! But i'll never tell anyone the location
I float too well.
You don´t mention the angle or lack of angle - any comments on this ?
Hey man excellent video. Very informative!
thanks so much :) stoked you liked it
A follow up question: how tall/heavy is alexey molchanov. I thought hes a fairly tall and heavy (hes slim but probably not light) and on his last bifins WR he said he'd use the molchanov bifins with custom footpockets and softest available stiffness. Since its a WR nobody goes deeper than him.. why still the softest flex?
Very useful video Adam! Thanks!
Can you do a video of masks as well? Same type regarding material, viewing abilities, condensation, leaks, etc.
Also love all your vids!
I will definitely be doing that :)
I second Ivan's motion.
O.K Adam, I subscribed just to make sure that I get to see your video on mask. What I want to know is how to find the volume of a mask. Every one is advertising "low volume" but they do not say what the volume is.
I have to buy the 3mm clothing and a carbon fiber fin.
As for me long carb fins didn't work, will go for mono fin. I find dolfin kick more efficient. I understood that freediving is individual, better relay on your own experience ,than to listen for thousands advices.
One thing I can see that could be a negative with the mono fins is that they are wider than your body and will almost certainly cause more drag because of that
They definitely cause more drag but the power they have supersedes that aspect
My feet tend to cramp when snorkeling, propelling down for a sub-surface visit (btw, the air inside me makes swimming lower very difficult).
Cheers mate!
no your fins are completely fine! :) I wouldnt worry at all :)
would you say you get the same benefit increase from plastic to fiber glass compared to upgrading from fiber glass to carbon?
No. The Difference between plastic and fiberglass is bigger then the difference between fiberglass and carbon
Psst.. I wanna hear about the tiny yellow ones behind you! xD They're adorable. I'm looking for a pair that's travel friendly. So that wouldn't take up too much space in a suitcase. I'd freedive casually on vacation so they don't need to be super fancy. At least not to begin with.
Hello Adam,
Wanted to ask you about traveling with your fins. What is your personal method, and what would you recommend as far as traveling with them - specifically on airplanes? I know a lot of people will just carry them on. I haven't had the courage to attempt that (lol) as I would just rather avoid any potential grief or harassment from anyone (may be different for you originating from Australia but US security & airport attitudes generally bust balls) I've always just checked them in a hard case which is an added expense to already expensive travel costs
Many thanks for any suggestions, kind regards
Hey Jay :) I also check them in inside a fin bag. It's the simplest for me and I hate headaches at airports
Hi ! I know this is not the subject but please help me; I want to know what is the best for a seaside departure and a long distance surface kicking for the same fins: an angle of 24 ° or an angle of 33 °.
And thank you in advance
Fantastic info video Adam
Thanks so much Peter!
I had no idea there were so many different types of fins
Custom Foot pockets will definitely work haha try Molchanovs fins or Spora Sub or Cetma Composite fins
Thanks Adam:) Very interresting !
you're very welcome :)
"Unless you have a mermaid fetish" im in tears haha :D
