The butter frosting you made is not easily to melt? because my ma'am ask me to make cupcakes for her son's birthday but always failed for the icing so I just used chocolate glaze.thanks and hope you will notice my concern?🙏
@@CraftyTan One main reason is to provide moisture so the cake doesn't dry out, it also makes the crumb more tender and soft. :) It is used in cakes all the time here in the States.
They taste sooo good I have been given an order. Thank you so much✨️

It does not melt easy. You are welcome!
Not bad . I wonder if you don’t mix it all the way through will it be a strawberry swirl cupcake
YES! You totally could make a strawberry swirl cupcake.
What does the sour cream do?
It keeps the cake tender and moist and from being too dry. But is is optional, it will still taste good without it.
It’s been awhile since you’ve uploaded a dancing video, Matt 😊
LOL I do some dancing in my cruise video! :)
How many cupcakes are made by using this recipe??
24 cupcakes
Why that much milk tho
Because that is what is needed
@@inthekitchenwithmatt I’m from the Uk and I don’t ever use that milk is there a reason too?? Does it make it softer??
@@inthekitchenwithmatt I wasn’t coming off as nasty I was just curious
