The cadence is given by the watch, not the pod that gives the balance, the ground time, the stride ratio, stride height and form power. It also gives a more accurate distance than the watch alone when you run indoor.
So it is, my mistake. I had to look it up as a reminder and they list it as a feature of the pod on their website, not sure if accuracy is improved by it?

It looks like an Italian themed watch with that watch face lol. Unfortunately, you can only change one color on coros so you would not be able to use the Kenyan flag color scheme I don’t think.
It comes already set to Kenyan colours.
Nice review! I'm sorry to say it but the watch looks like a toy. If it were in other colourway I would get the edition.

Personally I think it's the plastics. I think there's something about them that doesn't "translate' well on camera. I still want to get the apex (trying to decide) because of the build quality/esthetics. But I'm struggling with spending the money on essentially that alone, since I don't think I will use the trail/ultra features that much.
Coros makes great GPS watches. I have a Coros Apex and swear by it. Coros accuracy is far better than Apple’s watches.
The Apex is the only one I haven't tried, but the Vertix and the PACE 2 are great.
