Love your reviews! I ALWAYS wash can lids (and sometimes cans) before I open them. Seriously, you don't know what has touched them in the warehouse, etc. It only takes a second and then your can is clean. If it's extra virgin olive oil (the good stuff) I will often mix in some dried herbs, hot pepper flakes, and a little vinegar and it makes a great dipping sauce for bread along with the sardines. Everything Bagel seasoning is excellent. And my wife can do anything, and not get anything on her. In contrast, I get everything on me, every time. I have been banned from painting. 😅
Goya are always available on the shelves of all the grocery stores in my neck of the woods, so I end up reaching for them, even though they are always, always scale-covered and innard-packed. I’m like Charlie Brown trying again and again to kick that football.
I’m gonna have to give that a try 👍
