- In this Palworld 100 Days Nuzlocke Challenge, I have 100 days to beat all five bosses, but I must stick to the Nuzlocke rules.
1. I can only capture one pal per area (map of all 56 spots.
2. i must name my pals to build an stronger emotional bond with them
3. If a pal dies, they are dead forever and must, and i mean must, butcher them.
4. I cannot have two of the same pal.
5. I cannot quit to the title screen to save myself from death.
6. and if i die, it's game over.
So in 100 in-game days, i must carefully capture the most useful pals, build a functioning work camp, and fight all 5 bosses without dying once, which is going to be extremely hard considering you'll definitely need level 50 end game gear to fight the final boss.

Watching him run past the tombat for a day dream hurt my soul. Sure the day dreams are great for attacking but the early level 2 mining is so good

Yeah and then doubling down on rushboar when dozens of better miners exist early game.
@dittmar104 til you realize stone is more important mid-endgame and rushboar's saddle is better for quickly mining within 100 day challenge...
@@dsza0810 except tombat doesn’t need micro managing to produce a shit ton of stone.
@dittmar104 you can ride a rushboar, too. Utility like that counts when you can get a level 3 miner, which you'll need for Coal anyway.
Mounted Pals have better-controlled combat, and starting pals can be leveled to be competent through midgame. (ie, Shockwave for Pal Fluids)
I agree with you, but not for a nuzlocke run.
I'm confused on why you caught and used the second Rushoar. The rules said dead Pals needed to be butchered, which you were doing with the others, (mostly with the first one) but then you caught and used a Rushoar from another area, despite a "no duplicates" rule. In your run, what does the "no duplicates" rule entail? I can't think of a different scenario where that would be relevant, even with Palworld. Maybe I'm confused or missed something.
I think the rules could've been a bit more specific or clear, since Palworld isn't built the same as Pokemon. Do Pals that are essentially duplicates used for EXP (the numbered names) get used for purely base work? Which ones are allowed for base work and non-combat activities. That was a major grey area in this run, it felt like. There wasn't a super clear answer, that I could pinpoint, anyway.
Overall, it was a fun Nuzlocke to watch for this game. I'm not trying to hate on it or anything. I enjoyed the video. It just felt like things were murky and some rules weren't followed well, which is the pinnacle of running Nuzlockes.
He also caught the cativa in the exact same area as deadream. His game knowledge doesn’t seem super extensive either given how he prioritised rushoar so much, got both cativa and daedreams work suitabilities wrong, thought daedream would get exp while in the base and he passed up an early game tombat. He having fun tho so that good

Im 11 minutes in and i feel like the best part of a nuzlocke is the randomness. It feels like you are picking and choosing which pokemon to catch instead of having to catch the first one you encounter in an area. Feels like a hardcore run more than a nuzlocke.
This is a good idea! I think there could be some rules to make it a bit more random next time

Your rushoar died as soon as you caught it btw, so you shouldn't have been using it 😬

If you have steam version you can access world settings. Which includes a spawn rate and capture rate multiplier
Aside from the rushoar dupe, I feel like the whole nuzzlocke bonding is lost when catching multiples to enhance your pal. Not much of a bond, if you have 11 of the same and just kill 10 of them to strengthen one. Would have preferred one per location, period. Or better, make it one of each kind, that way you have extra choices for your boss fights, to choose better matches, but at the same time you can’t overpower them by sacrificing dupes. I believe that will make for a decent challenge, might increase casualties and will provide ample opportunity for different team building etc, and you’ll still have the necessary pals for your bases to make it in time for 100 days
He doesn’t even stick to one per location both daedream, the second rushoar and cativa were caught in windswept hills
This feels like a hardcore run since you chose the pals, things that can help it be more random like is:
Having a pal on agressive and whichever one it attacks first, u have to get
First one you seen, u get
Reload the game and whichever one you see first, u get (Idk if this works)

I'm doing my own nuzlocke rn, and what I've been doing to make the encounters random is when I get to a fast travel location, I quit out to the title screen so that the pals location randomizes and then I'm only allowed to catch the first one I see

Daedream is not the only pal that can be out at the same time as your main pal. Did you xp cheese your way to level 50? You really don't seem to be someone who has played the game a whole lot.
I'm gonna do this.. But I can't figgure out why you didn't make some armor and a shield the very first day, when it's a perma-death scenario.

How can u see the whole map? My game keeps crashing and resetting the map so if there’s a way to see the whole map without having to explore it all let me know pls 😅

I'm about 17 minutes in but I have to say I'm curious how enhancing pals will work in this nuzlock if it works at all.
Edit for clarification: The talk of Vixey made me curious since I learned at 3 or 4 star I think they can get mega spheres.

I thought you would just use extra pals as condensing materials... perhaps would make things too easy but its not like the end result is any different given you are literally squeezing the juice out of them.
Funnily Depresso would have been quite neat too alternatively to Daydream since it also has a mining skill so its not as limited as Daedream...

You failed this nuzlocke so much considering you caught multiple rushboars in 1 area and you should aprobably set the areas before hand instead of winging it

😅 liked the original idea, can only capture 26 pals, no duplicates, before switching out to farming capture and acquiring duplicates as long as its in a different zone 😂 like damn the original checklist means nothing now and we supposed to believe it still a challenge 😂 its not a nuzlocke its just a dont die challenge
Dude you prioritized a digtoise over the numerous tombats with lvl 2 mining. Are you a noob. I can do a better nuzlocke challenge than this.
