Ah, the N8 is lovely. All thing that I don't like in the Verge x11 are fixed in the N8.
But yeah, I'm beating the life out of the bike and I'm not disappointed. :P
Even I have N8 :D The Schwalbe Kojak's are too slick for gravel hahaha, I never dare. But they see a lot of bad roads in my city. I pity the bike because it sees a lot of potholes every day!
The best
Very good bike
Where did you get this bike?
Bought it from England. They are quite difficult to find in Europe.
I love the Tern X11. I test rode one a few weeks ago. I'd love for Tern to make a high-end super lightweight Titanium X11. No cheap aluminum. No cheap plastic. Tern has to come up with an answer to the Brompton T-Line.
It's like you beating up the bike and bike says 'Give me more'
Porque engañan en las especificaciones de esta bicicleta dice que tiene 10 kilos y es pura mentira porque está pesa 11,2 kilos
I have the x10 and is way sexier than this one. Bc of my 50t chainring, I can keep up with most regular sized bikes, it’s fast. And pretty comfortable while bile 20 miles multiple days.
Nothing is sexier than a silver X11. I have people stopping me on a daily to ask me wtf is this. And when you move 28mph on a folder. Roadies start paying you respect.
So Mr obvious here asks why not Verge P10? Still large gear range. But maybe better value. Tires. Tires. Tires.
Hi Frank, back then there were no P series, at least I couldn't find any in Europe. Also, I really wanted the best money can buy which came down to "x11 or x20."
If I were to give advise, "P" series are a far better value for the money spent.
Tires on the P10 are better right?
@@Slapshokudo They are not better, but they are more accessible. I mean that you have minimal choice of tires for 451.
nice bike
The bike is amazing, I absolutely love it! Is that Verge x30h on your picture?
Folding Bike Adventures .. I have two Terns. a verge x30 and a polished verge p20 upgraded to 22 speed
@@urbancyclingrevolution7575 p20? Back in the day I had to choose between x11 and p20. Tell me about it, how does it feel? Can you take advantage of all the gears you have?
I decided to go with the x11, because climbing with 20" tires is FAR easier than with 29" (as on my MTB), so I thought that I don't need that many gears. I'd love to see what you have to say about the p20.
Thank you :)
Folding Bike Adventures i think you are referring to the x20 which is almost as expensive as the x11.. x20 is using 406 while the x11 is 451.. x11 has disc brake while the x20 is using v brake.. i guess you cant go wrong between the two.. my P20 has entry level parts so everything was replaced exept the frame
@@urbancyclingrevolution7575 actually it was p20. Back then the price wasn't a deciding factor, I was looking at the long term investment in the bike. Anyway, it seems like you found your bike :)
Convert it to drop bar
Birdy dude...i have the Birdy....its perfect all around..but not soo sexy like the X11
@Marcel Cristiano searching for making money...will send you to prison
You could buy thr p10
Off road? Wow
What do you do for a living? Youre crazy for using that beauty for offroads. Lol
I'm an English teacher. Indeed, I'm nut for riding it off road but the bike is robust. After all that beating it's still sound.
