I keep listening to this song and loving it because this song shows off her lower register, she can sing lower than this but ,she was trying to sing in the high pitched voice her record label wanted her to do,so this song she sounded inbetween but she sounded awesome though...now that "britney-jean" her last album on contract with her label is done...i hope she gets with another record label and strengthen her natural voice back to health and show us what she can really do with her voice...songs that show her actual tone is "let go" and "baby boy".
I ALWAYS loved her urban/deep voice and now it’s just the baby voice. Thinking about you should have been a single and the video should have been shot in queens or another ubran part of New York. Just neighbors outside all day and night because it’s hot..dancing/singing..it would have been a great video
***** Omg yes me too! I believe I was in first grade and my aunt was babysitting me and my cousin had all her sixth grade friends coming over for a pool party and "Oops!" was on the radio lol
@zancou147 yeah and I think that since Blackout, they started pitching her voice in studio songs Listen to Gimme More and the whole Femme Fatale and Circus albums..
Seriously Britney's voice isn't that bad, her first album showed how strong her vocals were, and the 2nd was more dance and less about the vocals, and by the 3rd album it was more of image, her coming into her own and being sexy which meant whispery vocals, and it went downhill. Her fans make excuses for her lip-synching, but these videos show how good she is dancing and singing it is possible to do, lol
You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. With Britney (2001) album, the overt sexiness and whispery/breathy vocals like in "I'm A Slave 4 U" is exactly what turned me off from the music. It wasn't the same Britney I knew and loved. She changed into something completely different in a bad way and lost me from that point on. I couldn't take her seriously anymore. I'm so sick and tired of people saying 1)"you just liked her because she was a teenage girl/she can't stay an innocent teen forever, 2) "you can't accept change", or 3) "You haven't kept growing with her". No to all 3 of those things. It's just plain bad music and her old music was so much better. This same overall thing happens to me not just with Britney or other pop singers, but rock bands too. Only with rock bands, instead of sexiness, it's selling out to the radio, making bland cookie cutter music instead of their earlier music which was more memorable and unique .
I truly believe she was cloned before her 3rd album that’s why she turned into this completely different person . The sexy Britney is not the same person that came out with baby one more time
this has to be her absolute most true to studio version performance ever. im floored at her vocals
That was great, her voice is much better in the lower registers. Why on earth her label didn't realize that is beyond me.
She can sing live.
She can sing comfortable with her real Deep Voice ♥️

Britney Spears is a very pleasant woman.
She doesn't sound terrible live. I wish she didn't rely on lip-synching to backing tracks like she does now.

Exactly on point .
Agreed.

For me, I actually don't care about her sexy voice. It's just the evolution of her and her experimenting on music.
Cambodia was so smart before Kemr Rouge.
There was Walmart concerts back then?! Lol. I never knew about that
I love Dhyana and felicia because I am happy and joyful.
Ariana grande should sing this song it's a perfect song for her.
@siempje LISTEN TO LET GO !! its an unreleased song from the blackout era (2007)
More Singing, less dancing? I love her tone 😍 I luv the Baby voice too but just Baby is toooo much
Capri pants omg
@siempje are you asking why she doesnt sing like she used to when she was 17 years old? that was 13 years ago.. people grow up.
She still sings like this. Go listen to her singing something to talk about live last year. UA-cam it
Britney had that ponytail before Ariana LOL 😂
YESS! ARIANA WHO? BRITNEY!
i never like this song, but her vocals are really good:)
@VegasAcer Just because that kind of voice sells less than the other girly one ;) haha
The Aryans could have been homosexuals.
