I think it is great to see the front views on these slow motion videos. We always see the release from behind. So this is cool!
I love videos like this as they can be so instructional. My issue is I am an amateur league bowler that is not quite as young as he used to be. I find I get more from videos of the PWBA ladies that have less radical releases and less radical approaches. Raymond if you ever have the opportunity to make a release video of some of the ladies I think a lot of us lower rev lower speed players would benefit greatly from that.
Ditto on that! I ain't gettin any younger and I have to start standing up on the release more and more.
0:30 to the right, best release in slow-mo! =D
I was just thinking that. Much better release than all the rest!
I really like the slow-mo front release video. Shows a lot more as when the thumb should clear the ball.
Oh you just have to love the slo-mo granny style at 0:35
Thanks a lot JR for posting this. It helps me so much with my game. I love your other videos too. Keep up the good work.
This is awesome, love both the music and the releases. Would love to see this on the end pairs in Aurora
1:15 that ‘rage against the pins’ swing tho’ 😂
I love that angle! Thanks JR!
Great video. It proves to me that it's not the "collapsing" of the wrist that gets these guys 500 RPM, but the fingers ripping the holes out of the ball. Yeah, they're not "hitting up on it," but they sure are putting a whole lot of torque on those 15-16 pound bowling balls.
I've been working on targeting a lot lately, and this video is helpful in seeing where people are looking. Thomas Larsen appears to be looking down lane (I'd guess at the break point) and then brings his eyes to the dots or almost back to the foul line during the approach. Interesting...
Zach Wilkins the top 2 handed bowler in all of Canada. Very cool. Thanks for that camera angle. I throw two handed and use the Motive balls like Zach does too.
Thanks JR!
so i took alot of years off and im coming back, i rip the cover off the ball , by hitting up on it,. i am trying to learn this new release. by hitting down on it,
プロボウラーの投球は、リズミカルでリリースの瞬間がボールにフックの感性を与えてると感じる。
Nice video work!
Drop kick at 1:04.....wow!
Pretty cool!
Man Cimonelli mashes it like no other lefty.
The first guy actually kicked himself in the butt.
오~~정말 멋져요
볼링정말 잘 치고 싶다

Looks like the hand is pushing it at the release. Like a screw driver. I'm a woman and I get depressed thinking I'll never have the strength to do that. And I'll be stuck with this wrist guard forever.
