Hi Ramsey, love from Vietnam! Seeing you make the Vietnam fresh prawn roll makes me really happy because I know that my country cuisines got to the international world! One thing I got to say is that you don't have to dip the rice paper into the bowl of water, you just have to use a spray bottle to wet the rice paper a bit and roll it up, it's easier to roll that way.

I have eaten Spring roll my whole life, what I just saw.... Completely mindblown.
Literally reinventing how its done while keeping the fundamentals. Amazing Job.
Not to mention very easy to follow the steps. Although, you can also eat this with slice pieces of steamed pork meat if you want to do the complex version.
Gordon’s UA-cam videos are even perfected every time like his dishes. The editing is always superb, the angles, lighting and special little cuts make for a truly enjoyable watching experience.

Hi my name is sean i just want to say that you Gordon Ramsay were the inspiration to start cooking when i was 10 and with help from family they say that i could make sirloin steak no problem. But the only thing is that i am nervous about making sirloin steak because i hear it is a hard dish to make but by watching some of your old videos i want to tackle this dish head on.
