LMAO! That would be hilarious... Grant: "they're red, with a pointed toe." Paisley: "Do they have straps?" Grant: "No. Paisley: "are they Manolo Blahniks?" Grant has no idea.
"I just bought a game" - doh!, stung :) No time to get the 'well I pre-ordered it ages ago' or 'I'm sure I kickstarted that early last year' excuses in :)
"Alexander forgot about my Irish troops and I came in the back and slaughtered him." "Of course you did." ..... That legitimately made me laugh out loud. Just the way she said it. 😂
Fabulous as ever! What fun to watch & listen to. A blast had by all. Kudos to Grant on the score. I smiled the whole way through I have to say. Many thanks for all these good times!!!!
Fun video! But I think Alexander had a harder and more varied selection. And I think paisley provided a more helpful description than Alexander had. I think the true test is to get each of your wives to pick 5 games and then combine them. You should both be blindfolded and listen to the same information at the same time (from Alexander’s wife) and you both try guess. That’s the only true way to know for sure who is best!
Grognard can be literally translated by growler. The soldiers of Napoleon's Old guard, Grenadiers and Chasseurs were called grognards. The typical french grognard was a soldier that would grouch at any occasion (long marches, quantity and quality of food, material, wages, etc.), but nevertheless perform well when battle came.
This is a fun little exercise. I don't even know if could even get my wife to participate in something like this: she **hates** the very idea of "wargames".
How sturdy is the box???What a fighter GRANT with the winning SPIRIT!!!!!!!!!!!!..................Side note Alex i feel for ya. lmao Great CHANNEL. GRANT 2024!
Nice But in fact you could find those hat in non-napoleonic games....the colback was used by hussards from the XVIth century and are still used in parade in some european army. But I don't know a game from other era using hussard as cover. Grognards is the french term used to describef the Old Guard in fact. Not old soldiers 😉
Now you need to switch wives and try again (to rule out the advantage/disadvantage that the person describing the covers gives you. It may be that Grant's wife is a better describer and not that Grant is a better guesser of the titles.)
1960 box cover : "Are they gangsters?" "Well..." :D
now I want a video of Paisley guessing the shoe designer based on Grant's descriptions

Would love to see a game review by Kelly and Paisley.

Shout out for Wir sind das Volk... :-)

Sounds like we need the guys to describe Shoes & Jewelry to the wives and wait for the "oh, I just bought those" comment
New t-shirt design: "TPA -- Horse Times!"
Great video -- always fun to see the wives involved.

Fields of Fire II has a photo of a G.I. with a dangling smoke, as well. So few photos of G.I.s with cigarettes that they do stick out!
These vids are such great entertainment, real fun! Nice job Grant et al :)
Very funny , nice idea. 10:34 Grant you were very close to be fired by UA-cam 😂
You guys have awesome chemistry. What a fun watch on a Friday!
🙂 so looking forward to this. Been hoping to see this since Alexander's video
These are fun to watch. However, @15:03 Paisley describes the game using the word snow which is part of the title - A Few Acres of Snow. OOPS!
HA!
This one cemented it for me. You guys are the best. Carry on and happy gaming!
Yay, Paisley! Thanks for being such a great sport. Horse times! LOL!

The best part of these videos is the fact these two guys are just doing this for fun and comes out in the videos.

@@ThePlayersAid I know, I just thought it was a riot that you asked "Finnish Sniper" and she has no clue what that is!
