I've come a long way with my hair I feel like within the last year. Watching your videos and using your products have helped made me aware of caring for my hair better. I have natural curly/wavy textured hair and have been growing it out longer since last year. I live in Texas so the humid weather affects my hair a lot when it comes making it keep its shape; some days are worse or better than others but I'm used to it. I used to use a drug store shampoo that has harsh sulfates and chemicals that caused my hair to dry out and create an itching and irritated scalp. I now use your shampoo that has the DHT blocker and have noticed a tremendous improvement and I let my hair air-dry after I shower so my hair can retain the extra moisture after showering. I don't wash my hair as much I used to unless its extra dirty but I usually wash it no more than twice a week. I appreciate you making videos that helps others with caring for their hair because they are helpful and insightful.
I finally, after weeks of using Tidal Wave, found out how to make good waves in my fine, straight hair without causing frizz. After I wash my hair I'll wrap it with a T-shirt for less than 5 minutes, unwrap while still wet and comb with a wide tooth comb. Then I'll spray hair with Tidal Wave (which I have to order a new bottle), wet my hands and starting from the bottom I'll push up gently and scrunch at the top, three times on each side and three on back...then leave it alone. The secret is leaving it alone. Bam!, no frizz.
I'm thankful for my thick, wavy hair. I followed your kid laroi haircut tutorial a month ago to get rid of any damaged parts. I dyed my bleached hair brown to give it a couple months to rest and grow longer. I might remove the brown during next summer and bleach my roots again. I only wash my hair once a week, i don't have to style it with heat or products. When my hair was short i didn't know what to do with my hair, because it is so thick and i hated the feeling of products in my hair. If i am to lazy to wash my hair, i can extend the time between washes with buns and ponytails to day 9 ...but than i have to wash it,because my hair needs conditioner :D
My hair looks exactly like the mannequin....Also Im really contemplating going platinum or getting a perm but absolutely terrified of damaging my hair. I know there are safe ways to go about it but in the end will I for sure be causing damage one way or another? I just dont wanna lose my hair (insert crying emoji)
The mannequin is exactly what my hair does but its thin. It's always looking horrible. Wanting to part in the middle and blow all over when it's windy. I'm gonna be glad to grow it out and then buzz it all off in 2 years. F yes
What about leaving your hair too wet and air drying? isn't that bad for the cuticles? I always blow dry my hair after a wash, everyone 2nd or 3rd day I wash, same length as the mannequin
I did that for years. My scalp looked bad. I think the water sitting on the skin caused a lot of dead skin cells. I always blow dry hair after shower and my scalp looks perfect.
@@danialismwatch72 yeah I used to think blow drying was bad. Now my hair looks super thick, scalp has zero flakes, and hair doesn't fall out. It never really fell out, it just broke off a lot. Now I need to get haircuts more often because it grows too fast LOL!
People always ask me why my hair is dry and whether I apply oil. And also a humble request, can you do a video on easy long hairstyle that we can use in both college and after getting a job with strict discipline and all !
You can always use some good leave-in conditioning argon oil, 2-3 drops would be good after shampoo wash and right before styling with a hair dryer. I've used it even during my school days because i used to style my hair with a hair dryer everyday so the oil worked as a nourishment even when i played under the sun. And those oils are non sticky or non greasy, acts as a natural shine with softness so you can always try that.
i have a middle part and one side of my hair is growing faster than the other. the other side grows very slow. i dont know what to do and i cant go to my barber so often to trim it so it looks even.
I guess it's because the hair is flat on one side and the other side has a bit of volume (most probably due to the growth pattern), instead, try to add volume on the other side where the hair looks long. It will look equal if both sides have equal volume - this is also another reason why many people thing their barber/stylist fail to cut their hair equal on both sides.
@@ABc-tn3wy idk exactly both my aunt who is a hair dresser and my hair dresser said that my hair is hard to style because I take such good care of it. Sorry that’s all I know. I hope it helped
@@jacobjohnson4245 oh its because your hair is heavy with loads of nourishment (natural oil, conditioner, etc) probably. Its not a bad thing tbh, but you can try styling in the opposite side or use texture powders, volumizing powders, or something of that sort. Your hair length could also one reason why your hair is hard to style. Or maybe, that your hair is thin, that is also one reason why the hair hair no lift to it.
Help please I just got the worst hair cut. The barber didn’t fade the sides even though I asked for it and took too much off the top so my head looks very long wot do i do. If I put volume on the top with a mouse it looks even worse
Its hard to judge without a reference picture, in my uneducated opinion tho you could just cut the sides and the back with a size 2 and let the top grow to your desired length?
LMAO!!! That ending finished me
It was my mortal combat finishing ending lol
I didn’t think Robert Smith was going to be the model today also that would be a cool tutorial I love his hair lmao 😂
