Have multiple sources of income
Reinvest Money
Cut unnecessary expenditure
Compounding of money is the 8th wonder of the world
just an advice 😉
@Tushar Gupta
Interest over intrest is compounding
@Tushar Gupta
Example
You earn 10000 Rs
U invest this 10000rs in a recurring deposit which gives a return of 10% a month ( 10% is just for an example generally in India its about 1-2%)
At the end of the first month your accumulated balance would be 1000 ( interest) + 10000
In the next month the opening balance would be 11000 + what amount you deposit
At the end of the 2nd month you would earn intrest over the 1000 Rs( 1000*10%= 100) which was the intrest amount earned from the first month
The compounding of money works in wonders only if you give it time and invest in the right place
In the concepts of finance the single rule is HIGHER THE RISK HIGHER THE RETURN
Gold, Fixed deposits, Debentures have lesser risk and thus yeild a lesser return
Equity shares , Commodity markets, Foreign currency trading Yeild higher return as the risk involved is very high
Risk is the deviation from your expectation
Im 20yrs old...i have a lot of knowledge in this as i am a CA final student
