Potato shochu translated to "po-ta-to sho-chu" in Japanese hiragana? Somebody just found out how to type using kana input? It should be 芋焼酎 or いもじょうちゅう (imo jouchuu). Also worth noting is that it's not potato based, it's made with Japanese Satsuma sweet potato.
