Pep is the smartest tactical genius there is i don't think he ran out of idea or something if that was the case why he's able to sustain so greatly even now 12 years after his departure and at different club different country.. I think he would've definitly found a way to go on more years and Barca would've won much more but i guess its the Bad Bad presidency and management of Barca and media pressure being at Barca was very key reasons. Barca is already one of greatest and successfull club but it would've been more if they had better managements and presidents in past because Johan Cruyff just spent 8 years and i think Cruyff also left because he did'nt get along well with president or someone, Pep just spent 4 years, with these 2 being at Barca for more years which they deserved to be Barca would've won even much more...
You messed this story up by not including the fact that Barca already negotiated with Jose Mouriho for the post but last second the whole board was convinced by rumors say johan cruyff to believe in pep that where the real hatred and beef comes from between pep and Jose
If that is the case then where does his success and accomplishments come from? He doesn’t buy them.. the clubs he manages doesn’t buy them.. he earns them. calm down with the background music. People wants to hear what you're saying, not watching a Fast & Furious trailer. Even in action movies, background music are toned down when there are important dialogues.
Few inaccuracies in your video: Rossel didn’t beat Laporta in elections for club presidency, because Laporta couldn’t participate anymore in the election, due to the fact that a president at Barca can’t have maximum 2 mandates in a row and Barca is not a franchise.
You missed some point. Im as a spanish Will tell you. -Madrid won la liga with 100 points and 121 goals and lost the ucl semis on pens to bayern being the best team, it was easy to think Madrid was in the begining of a cycle under Mourinho (who actually didnt happened) , Madrid won ucl in 2014. -Pep sold Ibrahimovic in 2011 after a troublesome season, Pep likes players who fits in his system without ego issues, Rossell was obsessed about getting Neymar, who actually happened after 2011 world club cup final Barcelona vs Santos. Neymar was a out to join Barcelona, and a team of superstars is not what Pep likes. Actually he showed the door to ronaldinho etoo and deco in 2009. He didnt wanted Neymar, but his president wanted to beat Perez in that signing, he put star signings over the will of his coach, thats why I think Pep left. In Man city he spent 8 years, nobody decides over him about squad players, he has money and hes clearly the best team in england, and man city doesnt suffer media pressure.
There are many reasons for sure but the BIGGEST one is Sandro Rosell without a doubt. Don't forget Pep also had to do the job of Rosell of defending the club against doping accusations when the president was a coward, it got too much. I'm convinced if Laporta was still in charge after 2010, Pep would've stayed at least till 2015. Eventually leaving because you can't stay too long at Barca, its too toxic of an environment but only spending only 4 years especially with the golden generation and MESSI is criminal. What a waste...
4 years in Barcelona vs 11 years in Bayern and City combined you can see he was more wasted. I guess if you have teams like Barca and Real Madrid waste you more than any other club.

Very thanks for your opinion!
He left because they were,no more refs to buy off case closed 😂
Real Madrid fan?
I think Forentino Perez bought the Special One to 'destroy' Barca not to win trophies
Thanks for your opinion!
Short Answer: Mourinho
Long Answer: José Mourinho
Well noted!
Rossell killed the club. What a clown
One of them ones
FC Barcelona ❤️❤️
Welcome to the channel!
You messed this story up by not including the fact that Barca already negotiated with Jose Mouriho for the post but last second the whole board was convinced by rumors say johan cruyff to believe in pep that where the real hatred and beef comes from between pep and Jose
Noted, thanks!
Imagine him looking like in the thumbnail on 2024
All the stress caught up to him
Pep will return to Barcelona as a president
I’ll come back here when that happens!
He always manages the best teams who already have good players I think his next stop is Italy
That’ll be quite an interesting move!
@@KickKorner More like an ignorant take.
Kings & Generals music
Noted!
He only manages teams when their finances are flourishing.
Very good point!
If that is the case then where does his success and accomplishments come from? He doesn’t buy them.. the clubs he manages doesn’t buy them.. he earns them. The difference is with the money is what you bring back, it’s business. Peps Man City side have won so much with their money but why haven’t Chelsea or man united done the same after spending even more money? 😅 if pep only goes to clubs who are financially stable then isn’t that just smart from him?
@@colincolin5696managed Barca- Negreira
Managing City- 115
@@nisarg2807ManUnited and Chelsea have both spent more money than Man City and they still haven't come close to their success. You have to make the money work
During Pep's time at Barca, Barca were paying the referee association to make sure decisions always favored them.
Thanks for your point!
It's literally false case.
Court said Barca is not guilty of paying refs.
Real tears about pep while vardrid robbing every year is so shameful man, feel sorry for you
❤Pep didn't win the Champions league with Man City until years later..
Very good point, thank you!
Actually, The main reason was Rossell and his best friend pique why pep left.
Noted, thank you!
yeah Pique the snake cooperated with Rosell against Pep because Pep wanted him gone in 2012.
whatever evolutionary video of barcelona you see whether its the evolution of the coach or of the club itself you will see a 5'7 guy scoring relentlessly for their team . All along the video hes been the only one doing it all.
Thanks for your point!
Wonderful video ❤ as always . But if you want more views make a video on Manchester United
Thank you for the feedback and noted!
Laporta is one of the greatest, if not the greatest barca president ever
Thanks for that info!
4:05 is where the reasons begin to be explained.
Someone watched the video!
@@KickKorner ;) very cool that you engage with all your viewers. keep it up! i'll pay close attention to your channel.
calm down with the background music. People wants to hear what you're saying, not watching a Fast & Furious trailer. Even in action movies, background music are toned down when there are important dialogues.
Noted, thank you!
When the club have money pep can do the work
Looks like it!
How I wish I could go back to 1992
Same here bro!
It's good that he left. All the credit for Barcelona's success was attributed to messi
That’s a very interesting point, quite the debate!
Few inaccuracies in your video: Rossel didn’t beat Laporta in elections for club presidency, because Laporta couldn’t participate anymore in the election, due to the fact that a president at Barca can’t have maximum 2 mandates in a row and Barca is not a franchise.
Noted, thank you!
Mourinho tactics and mindgames ended barka
One could say!
Barca was dominating Spain and Europe Mourinho didnt end sh*t
for one season then barca dominated la liga next season and he got sacked
the one season nagreira couldn’t save them, he decided to dip.
Thanks for your input!
Thank you for your input!
Jose will always remain the translator! 😂
May not be with a possible new job 👀
There are many reasons for sure but the BIGGEST one is Sandro Rosell without a doubt. Don't forget Pep also had to do the job of Rosell of defending the club against doping accusations when the president was a coward, it got too much. I'm convinced if Laporta was still in charge after 2010, Pep would've stayed at least till 2015. Eventually leaving because you can't stay too long at Barca, its too toxic of an environment but only spending only 4 years especially with the golden generation and MESSI is criminal. What a waste...
Very good point!
he should come back
To save them
short answer: barcelona's financial situation was getting worse, so he knew he wouldn't be able to win more trophies without money and he left
Thanks for your opinion!
To put it simple pep got bored needed a new challenge
And done well so far!
Barcelona is not a franchise. It's more than a club
Noted, thanks!
its a finished club, one player club
Utd should have gone straight in for pep the minute fergie announced his retirement... pep wanted utd 😮
A very painful mistake!
I wouldn't be too surprised if Pep decides to leave Man City after this season.
He must be bored now
4 years in Barcelona vs 11 years in Bayern and City combined you can see he was more wasted. I guess if you have teams like Barca and Real Madrid waste you more than any other club.
Very good point!
He failed out of Barcelona....only 1 champions league in 14 years
Very good point!
2 bruv
@@EugenBiba-h4u out of Barcelona
that’s because real madrid and chelsea someone won their matches vs man city even tho an realty pep should of beaten both 2022 and 2021 and 2012
Did this guy just call Barcelona a franchise? Dafuq?!
Noted, thanks!
