Hi Katie - I hadn’t realised I was “anonymous “ - that was unintentional!! Thank you so much for your reply and for your advise - I will certainly start putting your recommendations into practise with the brushing and gua shah 🙏 I do meditate, reiki, breath but not regularly - I have been talking about making it a regular practise for too long so shall get my arse in gear. Fascia is also something that has interested me for sometime - it’s almost as if my body knows what it needs - I just have to listen better and trust myself!!
I have been laughing, tapping and shaking daily and that has completely changed my mood (pain really dragged me down 😥). Thank you for everything you do - and for sharing so generously. I very much appreciate you.

Hi Katie, massively enjoying your content, as the kidneys seem to play a huge role in pretty much everything I was wondering how I should look after mine as I only have one after giving one to my brother. I’ve been doing the breath work, having a little rest in the afternoon, and trying to channel the chi into the remaining one, is there anything else I could be doing to improve the health of my remaining one. I’m in my 50’s reasonably fit and healthy and exercise regularly however I do suffer with allergies and a few general aches and pains. Warm wishes Tina 😊
