핑크색의 사랑스러운 하트 모양의 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요~
크레이프 색을 4가지로 구워 자연스럽게 그라데이션 되도록 쌓아 봤는데 은은하고 단정한 느낌이 나는 것 같아요~
샌드한 생크림에 딸기잼을 넣었는데 딸기 향이 많이 나서 정말 맛있더라구요~^^
윗면에 생크림을 묽게 흘려 장식했는데 핑크색의 느낌과 잘 어울려서 깔끔하고 예쁜 것 같아요~
크레이프를 구울 때 연한 색 부터 색소를 추가하며 구우면 한 볼에 모든 색을 만들어 구울 수 있어 좋더라구요~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15cm
▶재료
달걀 4개
바닐라익스트랙 3g
설탕 50g
소금 1g
박력분 200g
우유 500g
녹인 무염버터 70g
레드, 화이트 식용색소
생크림 350g
딸기잼 100g
▶레시피
1. 달걀에 설탕과 소금을 넣고 섞고 박력분을 체 쳐 넣은 뒤 아몬드 우유를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 우유를 넣고 섞고 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 체에 거르고 냉장실에서 30분 정도 숙성시킨다.
3. 팬을 중약불에 올리고 식용유를 바른 뒤 식용색소를 넣어 색을 낸 반죽을 붓고 넓게 펴 기포가 올라오고 가장자리가 갈색으로 변하면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익힌다. 4장을 굽는다.
4. 반죽에 레드 식용색소를 조금 더 넣고 섞어 더 진한 핑크색의 반죽을 만들어 4장을 굽고 2번 더 반복해 진한 색의 크레이프를 4장씩 더 만들어 총 16장을 굽는다.
5. 크레이프를 식히고 15cm 하트 틀로 잘라 준비한 뒤 생크림에 딸기잼을 넣고 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
6. 틀에 진한 색의 크레이프를 넣고 크림을 바르고 다른 크레이프를 올려 반복해 쌓고 윗면을 매끄럽게 한 뒤 냉장실에서 2시간 정도 굳힌다.
7. 틀을 제거하고 옆면을 매끄럽게 정리한 뒤 묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 흘려 장식한다.

70g Melted unsalted butter
Red, white food coloring
350g Heavy cream
100g Strawberry jam

I tried this at home, took about 5 hours (cleanup is included in that time) :)
Heres the American instructions:
-4 eggs
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-1/4 a cup of sugar
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1 & 2/3 cups of cake flour (I couldn't find cake flour at Hyvee so I made my own: Pour out 1 & 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl, remove 3 tablespoons and add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. Whisk together, then sift 5 times. I learned when sifting, to pour the bowl of flour into a sieve over a large bowl or the flour will escape, then pour that flour back into the small bowl, than pour over sieve into large bowl again.)
-2 cups of milk
-5 tablespoons of unsalted butter (so a bit over half a stick)
-Red and white food coloring
-2 cups of Heavy cream
-1/3 a cup of strawberry jam
-Cooking oil (for pan)
Suggestion: For the heart mold, I suggest getting one from the store and not using a cookie cutter or than you will spend a long time on a cake and only have a tiny cake :( get one that's about 6 inches across and 3 inches high)
