      @@RolandDigsIt Ok I will sent paramotors links to you ;) The last video in date was filmed with the Gopro 11, but I think Pocket 3 will be better for this kind of shots: ua-cam.com/video/yc8oWM4uANE/v-deo.htmlsi=RfZ2J4pdQLRCAK1-

    The phones do the same with osmo mobile, no?

    • @RolandDigsIt
      @RolandDigsIt  7 місяців тому

      You can use the OSMO mobile app to control the cam and edit your footage. You can also have the app turned on to use the phone as a monitor for the camera. Is that what you're asking?

    Hello,
    1. How much recording time does it give as a studio camera if we shoot in 1080k60fps with mic connected to our collar??
    2. does it overheat in a room when you shoot ?

    • @RolandDigsIt
      @RolandDigsIt  9 місяців тому

      Great questions.
      1. I am using a 128GB micro SD and I record at 1080k 60fps and my screen shows 4.5 hrs of recording time. However, the lavalier mic included only has about 2.5 hrs of recording time if I remember correctly. Also, even though the SD card allows for 4.5 hrs of record time I am seeing the batter die at 2hrs 10 min. That's the most I've gotten with the camera and the additional handle battery pack included. I think its because I'm using the zoom in and out and gimbal alot.
      2. It does not overheat. It will get slightly warmer to the touch but nothing like my gopro or cell phone. It really runs very cool considering what its doing.
      - Thanks for commenting and please check out my other vids. Happy new Year!!

      @@RolandDigsIt thanks for your response!!
      so for question 1 above, if you would not use battery handle and just record using the in built battery (or with battery handle removed), would that give use more recording time as compared to what you are getting with battery handle attached!?

    • @RolandDigsIt
      @RolandDigsIt  9 місяців тому

      @@sanchitgoyal2282 Actually you would get less time without the battery handle. The battery handle gives you an extra 2hrs of battery life. The unit by itself supposedly has 135 min of recording time but I've been seeing 1hr 15 min or so max because I'm moving the gimbal alot. I've noticed about 2hrs to 2.5 hrs total for both handle and built in battery. My usage is zooming in and out, gimbal movement, connected wifi to my ipad, wireless mic via bluetooth, starting and stopping recording and viewing footage on the DJI screen between shots. So I'm really doing quite a bit to drain the battery, not sure recording with it mounted. You'd probably get much more recording time without doing all those extra things. Hope that helps a bit.

    Hello,
    Which power adapter are you using to charge pocket 3 ?

    • @RolandDigsIt
      @RolandDigsIt  9 місяців тому

      I've been using my USB C charger from my Galaxy phone. It seems to work just fine. Nothing special needed.

      1. How much time does your samsung charger take to charge your pocket 3 ?
      2. What watt charger is that!!
      3. Do you use the same power cable of your samsung adapter or is the power cable that comes with pocket 3 ?
      Please replyyy!!!!! 🙏

      @@sanchitgoyal2282 Good questions. So....
      1. It charges insanely fast. It can get to 80% in just 15 minutes. Takes about 25min for full 100%.
      2. Its the regular 5v outlet that comes off a power strip or U.S. standard USB outlet voltage.
      3. Regular charging wire I use for my phone. In fact, the power cable I use for my phone is slightly better than the one DJI provided. I basically threw their cable in a drawer for "Just in case". DJI's cable was too short for me to route it on my workstation anyway.

      Just last question,
      May I know the name of that samsung mobile model so that I can check what is the watt of that power adapter? ( I just dont want to fry up my hard earned pocket 3 thats why so many questions)!!

      @@sanchitgoyal2282 Its not a specific power adapter. I just have a USB power cord plugged into a USB power outlet. 5mAh I believe it is. Email me and I will send you a picture of what I'm talking about. Plus DJI's instructions doesn't have specific directions about charging. My email is RolandDigsIt@gmail.com
