    Sprinting should be no more than 5 to 9 rounds.
    Realistically 4 to 7 is ideal.
    Start off doing 4 to 5 sprints of 15 secs each. ..when you get up to 7
    Go back down to 4 to 5 sprints for 30secs each....when you get up to 7 again
    move the seconds to 45 secs. do 4 sprints and work your way up to 5 to 6.
    This increases your testerone and makes its easier for you to build muscle which burns fat for up to 48hrs.

In general, it's also a great idea to ease into any new routine.. you can start by modifying and doing what you can in a pain-free range of motion and build up from there :)

Beautiful you are not gonna die doing this. Drink lots of crystal geyser water 💧. No alcohol or smoking if you do this? If you drink coffee ☕️ straight black. My preferred tea is brewing these herbs in a coffee maker. chamomile flowers, ginger root, turmeric root, chop these 2 up, fenugreek seed, red raspberry leaves. It's actually really great cold. Surprised one other strategy wasn't mentioned - learn how to breathe diaphragmatically (360 degrees). Once your body is out of fight or flight, your body is better aligned, & you'll drop the extra belly flat. Then it becomes easier to eat when you're hungry & don't when you're not. I eat very low protein (mostly a plant-based diet) & it worked.

    • @Purple117
      @Purple117 11 місяців тому +1

      I disagree with the low protein. Protein is what keeps us fuller for longer. If you want to eat plant based, that’s fine. Just increase the protein from those foods. Sure you might think it worked for something, but you’re making your muscle mass worse and weaker. Not smart.

    • @brendapeter446
      @brendapeter446 11 місяців тому +1

      @@Purple117 Breathing better & eating intuitively helped me to lose the belly fat not the plants. That's great that protein keeps you fuller longer but I don't mind eating more frequently if I have to, although I find that having enough fiber keeps me full enough. The plants are more for my gut microbiome. 95% of folks aren't eating an adequate amount of fiber so where does that come into the equation?

    • @GlennMarshallRocks
      @GlennMarshallRocks 11 місяців тому +2

      It all works if you're not on HRT. Being on HRT has nothing to do with any of these metabolism-raising, fat-loss strategies. Every one of these strategies work (when engaged in) by raising your metabolic rate, giving your carbohydrates somewhere to go (into the muscles) instead of being converted into fat, and allowing you to burn fat at a higher level then you would just sitting there and doing nothing. Not being on HRT is no excuse for avoiding doing any of these strategies. They work for everyone, regardless of being on HRT or not being on HRT, when they're applied and consistently performed.

    You want to reach max capacity for short intervals or spurts and then regain your breath to improve insulin sensitivity. You're burning carbs post exercise and training the body to burn fat.
    Resistance training keeps muscle which burns fat, lift weights to excertion
    in short spurts only. This raises your metabolic rate to prevent carbs from turning to fat by lowering blood sugar.
    Walk for 20 min after a meal so sugar gets burned off not stored.
    Moving matters ~ a walk is wonderful

      Yes. For HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) I've done ten sets of 30 jumping jacks in 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds for a few years now.
      As you get stronger, you can increase the speed of the jumping jacks to 35 in 30 seconds, and even try for 40 jumping jacks in 30 seconds. You'll be pretty winded at the end of the 30 seconds, and may need more then 30 seconds of recuperation time, but yes, there are a number of exercises that are suitable for HIIT Training, including Jumping Jacks, Burpees, High Knee Running in Place, High Knee Jumps, etc.These are all recommended HIIT Training exercises, and ALL of them will very quickly raise your heart rate to it's maximum level and produce the HIIT Training effect of raising your metabolism for 24 hours or more post-exercise.
      In the original study that was done, the researcher who came up with HIIT Training found that 4 Minutes of HIIT Training produces the same aerobic/cardio conditioning as a 45 minute run.
      If you get a "Tabata Timer", you can set it for the intervals you desire the alarm to go off at (exercise/rest - 20/20, 30/30, 30/45, 30/60, etc.). You can also get a "Gymboss Interval Timer" from eBay or Amazon which will allow you to do the same thing, setting two different interval times to cue you as to when to start exercising, and when to rest. Having a timer makes it a lot easier to do interval training without any distractions or need to look at the clock constantly, and is well worth spending a few dollars to get.

      @@dkadwoa4114 - Yes "spinning" on a stationary bike is a good HIIT Training method, if you consistently go "all out" while spinning. The idea is to hit your maximum heart rate during the exercise portion, and then to pedal easy, or even stop pedaling during the 30 second or so "rest" portion. Obviously, if the resistance is set high enough, your heart rate will max out pretty quickly when pedaling on a stationary bike, which is what you want to achieve during the exercising intervals during HIIT Training. It is the High Intensity (maxing out your heart rate), that makes High Intensity Interval Training so effective, and an exercise bike will certainly do that for you. Go for it... ;-)

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  4 місяці тому +1

      Hi @nokm2006 When you exercise on an empty stomach, especially something as demanding as a morning workout, you're pulling from your body's reserves, which might not be optimal for everyone. Fueling up with some protein before workouts helps prevent muscle breakdown, fuels your energy levels, and supports recovery. You might want to experiment with both approaches to see which one gives you better results and feels more comfortable. -Team JJ

    The healthy diet is always a very balanced , and also a very scheduled and a very timely diet, and yes also a fairly moderate diet, consisting of everything fat, sugar, salts, proteins, carbohydrates, and all the other vitamins and minerals, and other elements, in the right composition or mixture and in the right measure or proportion, where none of them are deficient or exist in a deficit and none of them are excess or exist in a surplus, either in quantity or in quality. There is a reason you have taste buds, to assist you and to aid you in preparing a proper blend, of various types of ingredients, that is palatable and also productive and constitutes a healthy meal. To consume only one kind of food or even drink is always an addiction, a chain, a bondage, hard to break free from, always causing all sorts of im-balance. The healthy life-style is always a balanced lifestyle, where periods of work and play, and exercise, and rest and relaxation, fun and frolic as also serious work exist in perfect balance, and in perfect symmetry, in happy communion, and there is no unhealthy rivalry or competition but heathy co-operation, no jostling, no tug of war, and no tussle, but a proper balance. You can claim your life back by making the right choices, concerning everything but that requires a fair amount of wisdom, adamance and stubbornness, rather than fickleness of your mind in these matters.

Are you sleeping at night? Concentrate on protein, greens, berries. Eliminate white foods, white sugar, white bread, white rice, white flour, etc.
