WOW, the room arrangementss are almost the same as my 2006 Skyline! Still enjoy my home with the double windows placed together like this. The the resale value of these homes has only increased here in OH.

Love this home, green is my favorite color! I would make a few changes. Carpeted bedrooms. No transom windows, full size opening window in master closet. Regular door to master bath, in swing door in laundry room and add cabinets and a hanging pole ilo the wire shelf. I would want a regular door on the furnace and opening windows above the kitchen sink. Beautiful home, floorplan and colors! Thanks for the tour, Happy New Year 🎉🥂🍾👍🙂

Absolutely no secondary resale value. After primary purchase, if you go to sell again no bank will give a mortgage on a mobile home. Not considered a permanent structure.

I love the Living room and Kitchen, would rather it be that size but with only two bedrooms. That way the guest bed & bath were better size, I wish the flooring looked more like an average wood floor color wise. If I could have those things, I would definitely consider buying.

The pantry is to small . But nice home.

That is a return air chase for the HVAC system that is in that closet. There is a filter grill on the outside of the wall in hallway.

Like the idea no tub in master, double sinks? is it possible to get a shower in Guest bath instead of tub. Also stack washer and dryer with a utility sink?

Don't like having to walk around the island to access the sink and / or stove. I wash my hands continuously while cooking . Especially if I'm preparing chicken or egg dishes. This one is not practical for me.

That’s crazy. I paid $74,000 ten years ago for a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath. 1061 Sq Ft. manufactured home. Walk in closet and a laundry room….and that price was for everything, moving from where it was built over 200 miles and set up.

Can the closets for the WH and air exchange be moved to the laundry room?

Love this home, great colors in and out, has a very spacious feel. Only thing I would want added is baseboard and in the guest bath, the window should be the same size as the others, it makes the front facade look funky. Im a everything has to match kinda guy 😊. Thank for another great tour!

I’m loving this home. I love the kitchen with all the countertop space. The dining room is huge. All of the rooms are decent size. I love the layout and design. Beautiful home! Thanks for sharing
