材料:2个鸡腿肉、1茶勺盐、1勺绍兴酒、少许胡椒粉、半勺玉米淀粉、4瓣蒜、1把青葱
酱汁:1勺酱油、1勺蚝油、2茶勺白糖、100毫升清水
1)鸡肉去骨切块,加入1茶勺盐、1勺绍兴酒、少许胡椒粉、半勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)蒜切末,青葱&葱白切好分开放
3)准备酱汁:1勺酱油、1勺蚝油、2茶勺白糖、100毫升清水搅拌均匀
4)热锅热油,把鸡肉煎至金黄色加入蒜&葱白翻炒爆香
5)倒入酱汁炒均,煮开后盖上锅盖焖煮2分钟,最后加入青葱叶快速翻炒均匀即可享用❤️

2) Mince the garlic, chop the green onion & separate the green onion white parts
3) Prepare the sauce: 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoon sugar, 100ml water and mix well
4) Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken until golden brown, add garlic & green onion white parts, stir fry until fragrant
5) Pour in the sauce and fry evenly. After boiling, cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Finally, add green onion leaves and stir fry evenly to enjoy ❤️
