I fell off my chair laughing when he said "Cloud kitchen" is a passive income idea. Shows you that most influencers have no clue what they are talking about.
Restaurant business is one of the most time intensive businesses, especially in first few years. Even in cloud kitchens, you'll have to spend a lot of effort in managing labor, building your brand, and sourcing high quality ingredients. You will have to work very closely with your chefs to perfect your recipie. Handling labour is always a pain - they dont show up some days, demand more wages etc etc. Listing on zomato swiggy is also no gimmy as there are tons of restaurants and competition is huge. It might take you months to years for the business to become even semi passive stream.
Do your own research. These influencers peddle stuff at the top of their head and have no expertise at all. I'm happy taking investment suggestions from Ankur as he's done that himself, but I'm sure he's got no clue on how to run restaurants.
Having said that, some suggestions in the video are helpful if you want ideas. But do your own research.

He even got wrong with his Fixed Deposits Income as To Beat Inflation People wouldnt rely on a Passive Or Side Income but an Active or Principal Income. This is where his Financial Wisdom comes into play.
Nobody uses Passive Income to buy Daily Essentials or to survive.
While Some Rich Kids might park their money in some Insurance amd Fixed Deposits but that is.mostly used to mantain thr Lifestyle if they have enough money to park. Hence, Active Money is what everyone seeks for...

2. Convince your wife to plan and control short term enjoy and liabilities and focus big long term benefits as you both are one unit now.
3. Tell her about financial freedom phase and that tension free life.
4. Research and find suitable insurance.
5. Try to increase your equity investment in reliable and sustainable companies.
6. Discuss various factors using example of any of your relatives or known persons.
