Remember that Rome was not built in a day! You need to invest your money where you could get good returns and also beats the inflation! Few of them can be stock options, bonds, deposits. Consider this as a long-term investment plan and keep investing every month, along with the risk-reward ratio.

It's hard to build great wealth from conventional advice.I had only $78k to my name at 42 when I first woke up to this reality. The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

However in last few years I have realised that mutual funds and stock gives way better returns then FD's. Ofcourse selecting the MF's or any stock is key. I believe indian economy will do great and the stock market will definately see the trend upwards in the long run. One should not invest in MF's or shares if the cashflow availability is less or is close to retiring, however if someone is young then should invest in MF and shares. Happy investing to all

I have large investments in both US and Indian equities yielding less than 5% for the last 4-5 years, so I would always choose FDs over equities. My advise for new investors is to first build a corpus (at least 7figure) of deposits (as rainy day money) and only then go for equities.

A number of the most eminent market experts have been expressing their views on the severity of the impending economic downturn and the extent to which equities might plummet. This is because the economy is heading towards a recession and inflation is persistently above the Federal Reserve's 2% target. As I'm aiming to create a portfolio worth no less than $850,000 before I turn 60, I would appreciate any advice on potential investments.

    Hello Sir,
I have learnt a lot from you. But I wonder why u don't talk about SGB.
Atleast for this video, I feel this should have been included. Let me tell you why.
It gives regular income although low but one should keep in mind that there is maximum chance that you will beat the inflation.
Basically, it is not degrading purchasing power of your money (gold - so ultimately everything) and you are getting 2.5% intrest.
If we calculate it all it lands you in very safe heaven of investing. I want to understand this better from you. Please make detail video on this.

Simple hai. Purchase stock of Companies like Indian Oil and NMDC (National Mineral Development Corporation). They are the biggest companies of their respective sectors with reserves running into thousands of crores. So virtually no chance at failure or collapse.
They have a dividend yield of 12% plus. Even if the stock price itself doesn't give returns, 12% per annum of your investment amount will be transferred directly to your bank account year on year.
Dividend yield depends on many factors including profits. So 12% might become 10% or 14% depending on various factors. Still will beat FD+Inflation.
So 12% from dividend and at least 2-4% from the stock price itself over the period of 1 year.
