I was working in a small company in visit visa (Extending visa every time) and left after 6 months and joined another company.
The new company sent me to India by providing the ticket and saying we will send you visa and return ticket. Its been almost 6 months but nothing happen.
Before joining I asked about visa plenty of time he replied they will surely provide it but cheated me.
I was earning in my previous company. So in this behalf can I file a complaint against the company for compensation (6 Months salary loss) in MOHRE Labor court.
Also please let me know the charges of labor court.

Brother, my company has taken salary card from us since the beginning job starting. They don't clear salary every month not give us sallery. I will get 6 months salary but they are not giving me salary. The owner used to pay too much late & take over time around 45 days, so i not get 6 months salary. The owner used to pay salary from hand to hand, but he always put his salary on his card and used to spend it himself or personal work. What is the law in this situation? what to do? Pls..
You could be a part of big scam. If employer is not paying salary and took card from you then this is not right. He can mis use your card and get you in trouble. Go to mohre labor court and open a complaint before it’s too late. Tell all this situation to them. Go as soon as possible
Salary card of 40 people of our company to the company and everyone's salary card to them. Everyone is a victim here. 3-4 people complained to the court and filed a case, but it was not successful. Finally, they had to leave without receiving 7-8 thousand dirhams. My company has been committing these crimes for a long time. No appropriate action is taken from the Lever Court. So i don't want to go labour court.
brother 8-10 people should go to labor court otherwise this issue will never be resolved and no one will get paid. this is the only action you can take, otherwise just go with the flow
This company is owned by two Bangladeshis and an Indian from Kerala. The 35 workers who work here are from Bangladesh and they are all relatives in any way, such as cousin's son, cousin's son, cousin's son, own brother, this is how the company was created. That's why many of them don't want to go to labor court.

Yea you can send cancel request on MOHRE. But if your contract of 2 years is not complete then you will have to pay fine to the company
