    What about the Annual leave Wage calculation based on the new law is it calculated on basic pay + HRA or against the full salary if the employee completed one year of service

    good morning sir. I'm working here in u.a.e abu Dhabi i want to resign I'm 8months here but my boss only give me id and give me visa last month October 2022 ,i come here march 2022 bit my id and resident visa only 1month she process very late, can i resign even my visa id and Visa 1month only. but I'm 8months here

      As per Article 44_8, The company has the option to terminate the employee. If the worker is absent without a lawful reason or excuse for more than (20) twenty intermittent days or more than (7) seven consecutive days during one year.
