after almost 5 years of service and a teacher resigns from a school by june and the contract states a 3 month notice to be served , the school stated that the notice cant be served during summer break therefore theyre deducting the entire notice pay and a big part of the end of service. is that legal?
What about teaching hours? What is maximum amount of teaching hours per day?
I would like to know what are my benefits if I comlete the contract. how many days annuel leave should I take.
If i want to
leave my two year labour contract a year early, do i need to pay labour card money which is paid by school?
Hi, can I serve my notice period during my spring break? My contract says notice period of 1 month
What about the non compete clause?
Thank you for the important information. Just to ask, if i want to leave my two year contract a year early, i just have to give them notice?I won't have to pay compensation?
You should not have to pay compensation. Get in touch with MOHER for more specific information.

The maternity starts the day you give birth or earlier, depending on your employer.
