Wood & Metal Shelf Build with Only 3 Power Tools - No Table Saw

How to build a storage shelf with wire baskets for produce or anything else.
We used this to store produce since we eat alot of it, I am aware that some only store potatoes in the dark. For us this solution is perfect.
For this build you can do it 3 ways.
Unpainted wood with no trim (easiest and least expensive),
Painted wood no trim
Painted with trim
You will need:
Saw
Drill
Orbital Sander (optional)
