    विकास प्राधिकरण से अप्रूव कॉलोनियों में प्लाट बहुत महंगे होते हैं गरीब आदमी मजबूर है फ्रीहोल्ड प्रॉपर्टी मैं प्लॉटअथवा मकान खरीदने के लिए। इस लिस्ट में कुछ कॉलोनिया ऐसी हैं जिन्हें डेवलप हुए 25 से 30 साल चुके हैं। आज आज भी इन कॉलोनियों में मकान या प्लॉट बिक रहे हैं प्राधिकरण कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं करता है।

    गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण तो कॉलोनी काट ही नहीं रहा
    मधुबन बापूधाम 2005 से अटकी पड़ी है
    ऐसे ही बहुत सारी कॉलोनी अटकी पड़ी है
    प्राधिकरण के बहुत महंगे प्लॉट है
    गरीब लोग कैसे खरीदें
    आप अधिकारी रहे थे तो आपने कभी सरकार को कुछ नही समझाया , की जनता की डिमांड बढ़ रही है और प्राधिकरण के प्लॉट मिल नही रहे तो जनता क्या करे
    आप बनी हुई अवैध कॉलोनी को वैध कैसे करता सकते हैं इसका उपाय बताओ 🚩🙏

    1. Ek society hai vaishali ghaziabad me, usme kuch floors me dikkat sunne me ayi hai..hm ek floor pe flat lene ki soch rahe but kaise pta kre ki ki uss flat me koi legal issues to nhi hai..kaha se pta chalega pls btaye.
    2. Hmare ek known ne ek plot kharida tha meerut me..waha to aaj k time me bht rate bad chuka hai..unhone jab plot lya tha tab builder ne ek colony approve kra rakhi thi..bt uske rate jyada the..to unhone usi builder k dusre project me plot lya .. builder ne bola tha wo approved kra dega but do sal se upar ho gya..koi approval nhi Mila..unka Sara Paisa usme lag chuka hai..pls btaye ki wo ab kya kr skte hai..

    Sir Lucknow development authority ki bhopura me zamin hai jo exact koyal enclave k samne hai iska naksha kab tak pass hoga hume zamin lye 25 saal ho chuke hai usse kafi andar k road par b society ban chuki hai. As I told you afternoon, property is a builder floor situated in Vasundhra , Ghaziabad which comes under Awas vikas yojna. Plot size is roughly 106 sq m and the lane road is 12 m wide as per map of property. It has 4 buildup floors , each is 3bhk, ground and first are sold our. We are in discussion with builder about 3th n 4th floor. The top floor as per him has roof right. Kindly suggest me about the purchase of this property. Govt banks are not giving loan on 4th floor but nbfc like GIC, Bajaj etc are giving loan.

    But ek Sawaal poochna chahta hu ke Maan lijiye kisi ne So called (Awaidh) colonies mein apni hard earned money se kai saal pehle plot kharid kar apna sapnon ka Ghar bana liya ho, jiski stamp duty Govt. Dwara nirdharit ho, house tax, electricity bill, severage, water connection, IGL gas, yeah saari sukh suvidhayen general colonies ki tarah provide ki gayi hon,So how dare a government can threat those innocent middle class group by having these kind of propaganda's ?
    If you really wish to stop illegalities, then stop at the time when it got started in a form of seed or a plant, but now every plant became a tree which gives not Only shelter but fruits and shadow to other's too, So my humble request is there that government should think twice before thinking or doing anything blunder to those innocent resident's, thanks

      Forget about new colonies, even so many villages are part of these list 😂. These villages existed before indian independence too. Will GDA demolish villages too? I think nothing will happen.

      इस सवाल का जवाब आपको कभी नही मिलेगा सर। सच तो ये है कि अगर अथॉरिटी के पास इतना सारा टाइम है कि वो इस तरह के मास्टर प्लान्स बना सके, एरिया को नोटिफाई कर सके और वहाँ रह रहे लोगों का जीना हराम कर सके तो इस तरह के एरिया की रजिस्ट्री तहसील में कैसे हो रही है। इस प्रक्रिया को भी अथॉरिटी अपने पास रखे। जिस तरह रजिस्ट्री से पहले कितनी चीज़े चेक की जाती हैं, उसमे एक कंपल्सरी डॉक्यूमेंट NOC क्यो नही होता अथॉरिटी से।
      आपने सही कहा है, हर शाख पे उल्लू बैठा है।
      अभी भी इन सारे नोटिफाइड एरिया में बराबर रजिस्ट्री और म्युटेशन हो रहा है और सारी सरकारी सुविधाएं दी जा रही हैं।
      हो सकता है इस कमेंट से कुछ लोगों को बुरा लगे, लेकिन हर किसी को अपनी बात रखने का अधिकार है वो भी इसके खिलाफ अपनी बात रख सकते हैं।

    सर, आप जो अधिनियम 1973 की बात कर रहे है वह बहुत पुराना हो गया है बदलना चाहिए, सन 1973 में जनता की मांग क्या थी अब क्या है।जनता के प्रतिनिधियों को चाहिये अधिनियम को बदलवाए।सर राजस्व विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित किया गया स्टाम्प फीस लेलीगयीं, गरीब आदमी घर बना लिया।जनता के प्रतिनिधियों ने फण्ड से रोड बन गये, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना से BPL को घर बनाने के पैसा भी दिया।बिजली के मीटर लग गए।लोगों 2-3-4मंजिल घर बना लिए।क्या ये सब सरकारी धन बेकार नहीं हो गा।
    सर, आपका वीडियो देखकर डर लगता है।
    अब गरीब आदमी या तो किराये पर रहे और मकान मालिकउसका शोषण करते रहे, घर लेगा तो तोड़ दिया जाएगा।सरकार भी लुटे बिल्डर भी लूटे।

      Ankur vihar में जिन भवनों के नक्शे GDA se pass हैं और निर्माण नक्शे के अनुसार हुआ है only वही सही हैं। वहां पर अधिकांश buildings में फ्लैट्स बने हुए हैं जो अवैद्य हैं।
