    Hi friends,
    Lucknow Development Authority has already published the list of unauthorised/illegal colonies situated in the development area of Lucknow master plans 2021 . According to L.D.A. there were total 241 nos. of unauthorised colonies in the development area of Lucknow . In this video I am sharing this list of unauthorised colonies.
    Though presently there may be around 1000 illegal colonies in the development area of Lucknow master plan -2031 but L.D.A. has yet not published any list of total illegal colonies in the master plan of -2031.
    In this video I am sharing the list of 241 illegal colonies situated in the development area of Lucknow . This list was published by the Lucknow Development Authority in Lucknow master plan -2021.

    आपने अंत में बिल्कुल सही बात कही है मैं आपकी बात से पूरी तरह सहमत हूं सर जब सरकार रजिस्ट्री ही गलत कालोनियों की नहीं करेगी और ना ही बिजली कनेक्शन देगी तो कोई कैसे घर बनवा लेगा न्याय की शुरुआत तो वहीं से चालू हो जाएगी फिर जमीन विक्रेता भोली भाली जनता को धोखा भी नहीं दे पाएगा

    सरकार के पास सभी अवैध कॉलोनियों और प्लाटिंग एवं भूमि का रिकॉर्ड होता है। फिर रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस से इनकी रजिस्ट्री कैसे हो जाती है। क्या सरकार की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ स्टांप शुल्क लेने की है। रजिस्ट्री के समय ही इसकी जांच हो जाए और ऐसी जगहों की रजिस्ट्री ही ना की जाए।

Ya road banana ka bhi paisa land ki cost Mei include karke humse Lena hai. Fir to tax Lena band Kar Dena chiye aur jo jis cheej ko kharide usi pe tax le Lena chiye

    आपके अनुसार लगभग लखनऊ की आधी आबादी अवैध कालोनियों में यह रही है। नगर निगम ने वार्ड भी इन अवैध कालोनियों के लिए बना दिए हैं और सभासद व महापौर भी इन अवैध कालोनियों में विकास कार्य कराते रहे हैं और करवा रहे हैं । ऐसे में कौन अवैध कालोनियों को हटाने का निर्णय ले सकेगा।
    नगर निगम व विकास प्राधिकरणों के भ्रष्टाचार किसी से छिपे नहीं हैं और अवैध कालोनियों बसने के मुख्य दोषी यही विकास प्राधिकरण हैं। इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी कब होगी ‌।
    किसी भी शहर का भविष्य का मास्टर प्लान नहीं बनाया जाता है न रोड व सीवर का मास्टर प्लान बनाया गया है।
    इस शताब्दी में तो अवैध कालोनियों बनने से कोई नहीं रोक सकेगा। दिल्ली की तरह अवैध कालोनियों को वैध करने की सिफारिश होगी और जैसे थे तर्ज़ पर सभी वैध हो जायेंगे।

    Registrar office ky sirf stamp shulk yaani sir paise lene se matlab rakhta hai ....awaidh colony mein rahne walon ki registry hi kiun ki gayee unhein ye jaankaari pahle khud karwani chahiye phir registery. Karna chahiye....nahi to 😊agar colony awaidh hai to registrar office bhi awaidh hona chahiye.....

      Sab khne ki bate ha 95% colony todne par puri city hi toot jayegy ....its not possible...actually govt is not taking actions for delivering cheap LDA plots or houses...so that people's moving towards authorized colony which is into budget...

    Lda ki colonel some ke bhave phir 10 saal me milti phir daku log kobriswat chaiye . 50 saal me gjar bhi nahi ban payegi. Sare development me daku baithe hai sab gunda tax leti hai. Awadeh colony kinregistry se govt looting phir waha se elect vidhayak sansad bhi avadh hai

    आदरणीय तिवारी जी,सादर प्रणाम,आपके वीडियो बहुत ही लाभकारी एवं ज्ञानवर्धक हैं।मेरी समस्या है कि मैंने भी2018 में जानकारी के अभाव ऐसी ही अवैध कॉलोनी में एक प्लॉट लिया था और उसपर मकान बनाने के लिए प्राधिकरण में नक्शा भी सबमिट कर दिया है और प्राधिकरण ने उस्की शुल्क रसीद भी मुझे दी है।अगर मैं उसपर निर्माण कराता हूं तो क्या वह निर्माण ध्वस्तीकरण की श्रेणी में आएगा या शमन शुल्क जमा करके उसे वैध कराया जा सकता है।कृपया मकान बनाने और बचाने के लिए उचित मार्गदर्शन करें।में आपका बड़ा आभारी रहूंगा।जमीन प्राइवेट हाउसिंग सोसायटी की है और उसका कोई लेआउट कहीं से भी पास नहीं है।उसमें लगभग 50 मकान भी बने हुए हैं।

    Bahut sare logo ko turant residential plot ki requirement hoti hai aur devlopment authority ya awas vikas ke colony ko scheme nikalne se lekar complete devlopment hone tk Kai bar 5-6 year tk lg jate h.....Jo ki log itta wait nhi kr pate

Aur flat kharidna sirf concrete kharidne ke barabar hai, ek generation ke badhte flat ko extend to nai Kar sakte. But khud ke ghar ko atleast 3 floor to extend Kar sakte hai. Urban planning is biggest scam in India especially greater noida

    Sir mera ghar is list ki ek colony mein hai aur 40 saal pahle bana tha ab jarjar ho chuka hai, yahan naksha nahin pass hota hai ab mere liye kya vikalp hai , ghar marammat se nahin theek ho payega aur gira ke hi phir se banana padega.

    Sir, mere father ka chota sa electrical bussiness hai jiska annual turnover -7 lakh approx hoga. Ghr se hi goods ki supply krte hai to kya uske commercial property me hme convert krwana hoga,,?
    Residential me kya chota mota bussiness bi ni kr skte kya sir?

      Nagar se nigam se sir call aaya tha inspection ke regarding,,, to sir wahi dar lg rha hai ki kahi commercial me na convert kr de. Aur sir hamar bussiness muskil se hi 25 30 hazar mothly Income bna pata hai
