- This is how I imagined Akaza and Douma if they fought. Who do you think will win?
It took me six months to finish this animation.
I used 12fps for scene where it was purely fighting and talking and 24fps for the scene where I have used lots of smears and impact frames.

I do think it's a shame that we never got to see a Blood Battle between members of The Twelve Kizuki. It's merely something that's hinted at but it's never explained how it works, what's the win condition, or if there's a cooldown period.
There is no cool down period, kokushibo said akaza tried to fight him 3 times and koku spared him each time, and the winner has the right to eat/absorb the loser if they want, so douma and koku were very generous to akaza
@@kexon2 Oh, I probably missed that because I'm a filthy speed-reader :(. It's still quite impressive, however, that someone with such a busted ability as The Compass Needle had trouble against those two. I have a feeling The Infinity Fortress battle would've got in the opposite direction had Douma actually taken it seriously.
@@alexanderkorol677 kokushibo is built different and doma's cryokinesis is also op probably more op and more versatile than akaza's blood demon art as most of akaza's attacks are only affective in short range the exception being air type but doma's can basically one shot and akaza can't really get close with the ice cold air and powder
@@kexon2 actually koku only fought akaza once, 1 of his 3 fights was with akaza, the other 2 got absorbed but akaza made koku enjoy they're fight so he didn't absorbe him

I was actually making an animation of this until part 4. I was thinking that the first two parts will be purely hand to hand combat. Then the last two will be where they're using their blood demon arts. So stay stuned.

When he regained his memories he realized there was no need to fight and regretted his actions. He then proceed to end his life with out a thought. I wish we could see more of him. But hey...

Douma's got some broken Blood Demon Arts, is faster (his reactions are on par with them to the point he legit let's non-lethal moves through for fun) and his regeneration is still insane (even if Akaza's regen was superior((which is debatable)), Douma's frost effects would immobilize him and either be absorbed or beheaded). Douma wins this easily.

@@entiquegd3537 well it’s not really the punches it’s the air blasts he creates (which were strong enough to injure rengoku) so it might work. You are right though Douma is rank 2 and Akaza is rank 3 for a reason so he’s definitely stronger but it wouldn’t be one sided or anything. Maybe Akaza would be stronger if he ate women as well but ya know coulda woulda shoulda.
Honestly I don’t think either can actually beat each other for one akaza fighting spirit sensing is op and they both have amazing regeneration it would basically be a infinite fight

Wow man, in terms of fluency with choreography for flipaclip, your one is the most smooth I've ever seen! I kind of need help if you could help me that would be most appreciated.
My first question was how did you learn to draw the movements as raw sketch and the frame rate amount.
2nd question would be how long did it take you to become this fluent?
Thanks man, I mostly do trial and error especially the hand to hand combat part in the video, it took me two months just to make the rough animation of it. When you're beginner like me. You should never pressure yourself of becoming good right away. When i animate the rough sketches, as long I'm not satisfied with the anatomy, I keep revising it. I can't tell how long it takes to consider yourself good, but all it takes is passion. And eventually, you'll improve. We will all improve.
Yeah, this battle wouldn't last long - Douma can just absorp Akaza and destroy him, Kokushibou also has the ability and the reason for why he doesn't kill Akaza using it is because he enjoys the battles.

So I've seen comments about akaza and douma strenght let me get that clear. Douma is better than akaza, his demon art is and his potential is. I think akaza could surpass him since he's more determined to gain strenght. (I'm saying if they didn't died)
Yeah I think Akaza is stronger mentally (or could possibly stronger in general) because he craves power and fighting in martial arts. Douma maybe stronger because of how much he eaten. But he doesn't appear to like fighting and more of playing (torturing) with his prey. Tbh kinda like Muzan. This let to his downfall.

I feel like doma’s “personality” was captured greatly when they clash and akaza with a serious face, meanwhile doma with a grin
(though a minor irrelevant error, demons can’t say muzan’s name as it will cause his curse to activate and destroy the demon, hence why all the demon moons and other demons refer to him as “that man”
The demons can call him muzan-sama but they can’t say muzan kibutsuji.

Douma is more powerful. That’s how the whole ranking of the 12 Demon Moons works, with the strongest on the top and the weakest on the bottom. Some people just simp for Akaza and try to make him seem more powerful than he really is.
@@ziriebenton6659 because in the manga Akaza regrow his head after it was cut off my tanjiro's sword so did Kokushibo after his head is smashed he also regrowth it. That is a higher level where Muzan can do "Regrow it's head even it is cut off by a nichirin blade. However Douma didn't achieve that level his head was cut off by Kanao and didn't regrow, that is because Douma was poisoned some say that If Douma wasn't poisoned maybe he too could have achieve that kind of level because he is so Op. And again however it was Doum's own carelessness, and pride confidence that lead his downhall he undersetimated his enemies and ti a state where he gotta use his trumph card and it only lead him so far and Died. He deserves it he is one of my hated and one of the strongest characters in the series.
@@ryanroswellcacho Yeah, all the demons underestimated their enemies. Kokushibo’s downfall was largely due to him ignoring Genya because he didn’t consider him a threat which allowed Genya to surprise him with sudden sneak attacks.
Tbh, I don’t hate Douma. He’s just another villain in the series.

Akaza wasn't stupid enough to do this canon - He knew Douma is vastly superior to him - When Kokushibou threatened him by saying "Maybe you should have a blood battle with Douma." He looked down and was trying to hide his fear before retorting his insult to Kokushibou saying one day he would kill him to which Douma laughed.
Yea plus it was literally confirmed in the manga that’s if they had a blood battle, douma would’ve won

Well, you should change the numbers in their eyes since this happens before Douma became Upper Moon 2. Akaza could be the former Upper Moon 2 until he was defated by Douma and demoted to Upper Three.
@Jayjay M Seriously? I dun know where you got that info but the author never even once mentioned about Hantegu's former position in Twelve Kizuki, all we know is that he was Upper 4.
But between Akaza and Douma, it has been hinted they have blood battle and therefore Akaza was demoted to Upper 3 despite he became demon earlier than Douma. Kokushibo even warned Akaza to fight Douma in blood battle again if he thinks he is stronger than him during the meeting.
