    Thank you Adam. Your knowledge is sound. Your sigung taught my sigung in Ips school all those decades ago. I can relate to everything you demonstrate .     I agree Wing Chun is like a dolly. A simple representation of something which is played with by little children. 🤔

    I thought the technique on top was superior like a fuk or a tan etc.

      @@michaelroland2287 Regardless of whether your forearm is above or below, the dolly refers to your energy being connected to the ground and being able to get under with pressure. This means keeping your pelvis and shoulders relaxed down and grounded.
