Huge fan of the way you display inputs for the combos, the colors and aesthetics make it so much easier to read and ingest than basic text for me. 10/10 guide especially as an ongoing reference, I will refer back to this often.
I agree that this is very good for new players but I would appreciate an additional Tekken notation displayed too. Just because then it'd be easier to write down without having to convert it for every combo. Still definitely one of the best Tekken videos out there from a production stand point though.

I really like that you’ve included multiple proficiency levels, objectives (like wall carry, and multiple common starting points including Yoshi’s typical counter hits. Plus a lot of bonus. Great stuff that makes it easy for new and returning players to output good damage and focus on learning all of the important fundamentals and tricks this character have, instead of sweating over finding combo combinations for hours on end themselves. - If you want to, a similar vid on yoshis stellar oki game would also be really helpful and save a lot of people some time. Great work.
Hey, one more small combo with followup. FLEA 2 ->u+4 (on wakeup). Many people do just 3 on wakeup, but u+4 leaves opponent in such position that if they do not techroll, f+1+2 is guaranteed.
Only thing I can add is that there are numerous ways to incorporate the guard break set up, which usually is just more damage. Like, any route that is launcher>3,1 DGF2 DGF2,4,b T! 1+2 KIN2,*1+2 b2,2. Also, any launcher that can pick up with SS1 d2,(slightly delay)2,b d2,2,2 T! 1+2 KIN2,*1+2 b2,2. If SS1 isn't possible, the set up also works with 1+4 instead, BUT if facing females or other weird hurtboxes, you have to launcher>(dash) 1+4 d2,2,b microdash d2,2,2, or else quick back roll will evade the guard break.
This is nice. Took a month off and was wanting to find something to work up my muscle memory again and this is good to maybe explore more to pull me out of orange eventually

Because characters have different sized hurtboxes, there are combos that don't work on every character. Usually there's 3 types of characters: big bodies, males, females. Some combos are universal, some only work on big bodies, some only work on females, etc.

Yoshi's coolest heat dash combo imo is ssr4,1+2, kin b2, df2, d2,2b, 1, nss f3+4, d2,2,2. Into whatever ender you want

it does not work from right axis, you need a launch either from front or a small side step left
All these combos yet I only remember to do 3 at the most 😭

Why did the devs think giving yoshi damage was a good idea
overall his damage is lower compared to other characters
Ive seen some yoshis get insane damage off a super simple combo maybe im going insane
@@Notwedsquid you can get 110+ damage using heat from most of the launchers but that combo is extremely hard, most consistent routes don't go above 80
imo yoshi needs the damage cos he can't momentum steam roll you like 90% of the cast
