Came here through a recommendation from Jeffery Martin his research into fundamental wellbeing. He recommends Kenneth his noting method as very useful for awakening.

Yeah, just no description of how long it takes to reach that apex.

@@cbesc After 15 years and a rather fantastic amount of suffering, as well as studying the actual success rate of traditional practices (low), and spending a lot of time in the high-tech healing field, I've come to the conclusion that only technological and neuroscientific advances are going to get most of us to the light.
I also think it has to happen that way, because the existential challenges of this century are so enormous that without mass enlightenment in the next generation or so, we're pretty much fucked as a civilization.

@@squamish4244 Sorry to hear about your suffering. Wouldn't YT count as one of those technological advances for mass enlightenment? It's been a great resource for those looking for truth.

@@cbesc It has allowed people to access many resources, but it doesn't do the work of actually rewiring your brain in the way that actual devices do. I use neurofeedback and brainwave entrainment at present. Neurofeedback is really helping with my previously intractable mental health and addiction problems. Brainwave entrainment helps me to meditate without my mind racing off everywhere. If you have OCD, it is like 'normal' mental chatter when sitting on steroids.
I'm also a proponent of psychedelics, although not for myself - way too stimulating. In the proper context, with the right intention and set and setting, of course.
