I'm really digging the orange!! I've been wanting to get my Bolt painted. Instead of painting it a whole new solid color I think I will go with something simple like some custom orange stripes or something like that. Just a little orange something to break up all the solid black. I did go with the brown Saddleman Step up to add a little color and it definitely helped and looks great. I definitely do love the all blacked out look and is what I'm going for overall, l just think mine needs a little something to keep the all blacked out from becoming too plain or boring.

Hey Liam, second time watching this, 3 yrs later lol. Still have my Bolt.... Anywho, when you parked the bike and did the walk around and you mentioned the leg burn issue....... I noticed the problem. Your exhaust elbow out of the # 2 head has a long radius elbow on it, instead of a short radius one. Maybe your reseller can fix you up .... if you still have the bike ?? Stay Safe
I really enjoyed the video. Actually getting ready to do my MSF after years of being unable to and I was considering this bike as one of my options. My others are the Vulcan S, 883, or perhaps a sport bike but I feel a bit more at home on cruisers. For the exhaust, at least what I've done on some of my cars was wrap it with that heat wrap. Might help if only a little.
I’ve been on the fence for a while on whether or not I should get the Highway bars for mine, after watching your bike it doesn’t seem like they stick out too much....I’ll probably pull the trigger on them 👍🏼
They definitely don’t stick out to much. I really only got them for function if I ever lay the bike down. I honestly haven’t put my feet on there riding yet
@@LiamMcGuinnessVitalVentures love it I ride 2 up a lot and is really comfortable and handles really well it has a salvage title so got everything I wanted in the rebuild honestly I want both I just love the aggressive stance and ergos on the bolt

Random, but how tall are you? I'm looking at bars and these are close to the top of the list. I'm only 5'6.5 and need something that has a decent pull back.
What bars are those bro? And how tall are they? I’m 5’8 so I’m not very tall but my stock bars have me leaned a tad foward than I’d like to. And the feel a tad low.
DirtRider22 yeww thank you! I definitely recommend them. Not only does it change the look of the bike but it’s a better shock and if you have having issues with scraping pegs this will solve that issue.
yeah its an 8in bar but some people get technical with it and try saying its 6in bar with the 2in cross bar welded on. its dumb lol just 8inch bars. I swapped the soft riser bushings with hard riser bushings so the bars don't wobble. If you add higher bars with the soft bushings it doesn't matter how tight you make them the bars will have some give.
@@LiamMcGuinnessVitalVentures what specific bars from Zombie Performance, I am building a sportster and dog these bars, also the boot sounds great! Good video

@@jameshensley6896 Its super easy to mount actually, there is a silver bracket on the side of the bike that helps keep the battery in place. I just unscrewed it and slid the buckle of the bag behind it and you're good to go. Literally 5 minute job. Ill be making a video on it tomorrow since I get a lot of questions about it
Thanks homie! It’s some 10 dollar gaming mic with a dead cat on it. I got the setup from “her two wheels” moto vlog set up lol I may have to move it a little so you hear less breathing. What do you think of the sound?
I like the looks of the bike and the sound is great. I almost bought this bike, but my arms were a bit stretched out. The only thing I didn't like, but your risers on the bars may solve that. So I went with a triumph. After watching lots of crashes of bikes on UA-cam the one common denominator in people walking away without problems, was they had on protective gear. Do your self a favor and wear some basic protective gear.
You should wear gear bud. You’re not an idiot but trust me it’s just not worth it. A nice protective layer could save you a lot of medical debt and unnecessary injury. All love homie. Stay up.
That engine is not even centered on the frame lolll, just came back from Rabid hedgehogs review of this bike and its painfully obvious in every vid I watch wtf
Yamaha did it the balance the bike I believe . It honestly doesn't bother me. You cant tell by looking at the bike from the sides and the bike is still comfortable.
Yo that’s a badass bolt bro

I feel that! Yeah small changes can make a big difference like grip color, seat, pegs.. just a little contrast is nice. Best of luck with it!

Where do you get a custom paint job and what does it cost? That orange is clean
you can probably hit up a body shop or someone who paints cars to do it. I paid 400 for the tank and fenders.
Did you have to do anything special to the setup after you did the Ivans ECU Tune ?
Nope! Just plug it back in and good to go

Hi mate! After the new handlebar and hard bushings, do you get the famous wobble, going 45mph and decel with hands off the bar?
Hello! yes the death wobble is still there... the only way to get rid of that is to replace the steering head bearings sadly
how tall are you? im thinking about getting these handle bars but I feel like they might be too small for me
Sorry about the delay but about 6ft
What was the handlebar and riser setup again? I got confused when you said 4 in. bar and 2 in. riser
