This video came to me and hit me like a truck. I’ve been pretty anxious lately because I’ve wanted to do so much academically as I have started taking this route seriously. I realize now that a lot of the things I was looking at wanting to do a lot of the times I just wished that I already have done the work so I could move on to the next thing and essentially was in a perpetual cycle of anxiety because I wasn’t performing to my expectations. Something that I must learn is gratitude and focusing on the process, and every single day at a time. this will yield results over time on its own. You’ve verbalized what I have been thinking and wrestling with for so long!
if you like this philosophy I urge you to watch blue period. It's now about volleyball and not about sport, but rather a boy that finds his passion in art and he starts seeing a fellow artist as a talented genius but not as an unattainable god
I think Kita is the embodiment of what the entire Haikyuu is trying to convey, that volleyball is not just what's happening on field, but every little detail that put into wotk off field, the little things that summed up; especially for Hinata's later arc (spoilers so not going into details)
Kita really seems to embody inner peace and actual, fully realized self love. He is himself -content and confidently so. Really impressive writing and wonderful perspective. Just being secure in yourself can change so much about your own self perception and how it translates to your life as a whole
I loved Kita the moment they introduced him! Reminds me a lot of a quote from Bojack Horseman “It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day -that’s the hard part. But it does get easier.” We’re always so hard on ourselves, and expect perfection from the get go. Everything takes time, we just need to be patient and consistent. Small progress is still progress.
I find kita's storyline a bit confusing but the philosophy of greatness being an acumulation of things you do daily, thus greatness is a habit; that's really true and something I try to live by
I´m of the same opinion as you on Kita´s job post graduation. When I saw the pages/panels, I was like: "Yeah, that´s Kita Shinsuke." It encapsulates everything he stands for. The daily actions and efforts he put into his work, with his yield as the product of this. And that Miya Osamu specifically buys from Kita later on just warms my heart! XD Kita is my favorite Inarizaki player. The way he faces the ordinary, daily life with such earnesty, the way he is so extraordinarily stable and reliable. The care he puts into everything and everyone around him is admirable.
I don't want to say this changed my life after only a few days of watching it, but the 2 weeks after watching this video was the best weeks of my life. I really resonate with Kita's philosophy. He's now my role model. When doing everything, I always think something in the line of "What would Kita do?". Enjoy the process, the daily routine, do things right even the small things, and have confidence in yourself because you did enough. Thank you for this video
Yes, yes, yes! Kageyama is called genius, but he works his arse off every step of the way. He never assumes that he will be always better than anyone else, he swallows his pride and asks Oikawa for advice JUST to be better. Not many people, even grown-ups, would do that. Kageyama is my fav character for this reason - he works hard and hates wasted potential ("What have you been doing for those three years?!") , and him, not being understood for that - that hit too close to home. Kita is my second fav for reasons you highlighted in this video. He steadily builds his strength and leadership. He is that one stable thing in Inarizaki's crazy team - and he does it great.
I'm from Russia. Russian UA-cam have only one short video about Kita. Kita is my favourite character from haikyuu. So your video made me feel contented and happy. Thank you!
Kita moved me a lot when I first saw him. I have played tennis all my life but I have never considered myself an outstanding player. I didn’t have a lot of raw talent, but I was blessed with a perfect height, a good mentality and the willing to put the hours in. Even though I don’t have a lot of achievements in the sport, I have some of which I’m really proud of. Now I’m playing again and for the first time in my life I’m playing as a young adult, with no pressure and enjoying it with friends. I know I will never achieve pro level, but that doesn’t stop me to being able to enjoy playing every day that I can, improving my daily habits, and being just a little bit better than I was yesterday. I’m playing with the hope of being better than when I was younger and played 4+ hours a day. With the right mentality, I might achieve it one day. One day at the time
wow. This is what we need. All of us. Having no enemies means having no external OR internal enemies. When we want more from ourselves than we have, we're condemning our own actions up until that point as not being enough. We are enough
I've always felt sad about being in the background. I do all the work, make sure it's perfect but in the end, no one knows my name. Kita's philosophy somehow bought me down to life.
I don’t even watch haikyuu but I love this character so much. This kind of people in general is so so rare in fiction because they’re usually brushed off as a super small character because they’re just “not as interesting”, and it’s even more rare in reality. But in truth, they’re so precious
Almost my whole life I felt like I am missing something ,I didnt like what I was doing ,I didnt like who I was ,I didnt like how I looked ,but then I came across many quotes from many great people that opened my eyes ,I thought that I had to look for something that will change my life ,but all along it was already there I just wasnt paying attention and its so easy in this modern life full of distractions, but finding your own happiness within yourself from all small stuff you do everyday ,the sunny day , the fresh smell of grass in the morning , little efforts you put in everyday. And its exactly quotes like Kitas that makes you realise that world is already beautifull place you just need to look the right way on it.
I cried after seeing Kita’s character the first time around after first watching Haikyu, and I cried again after stumbling upon your video. He is my favorite character in that I wish to embody his very ideals. Thank you for putting this together. 😊❤
When I was captain of my football team. I tried to model myself after him. I was a quiet lineman. In my mind, my goal, was to allow the stars to make the tackle. I just wanted to win
waking up to this video changed, AT LEAST, my entire week. Thank u so much. Kita´s character means so much to me and it made me happy to see someone talking deeply about him and his phylosophy.
Thank you for reminding me to appreciate the things that I've done so far, lately my anxiety is getting the best of me. I'm already 28 years old and still studying whereas my friends and prev. classmates are already having a family, business, and stuffs.
ive never watched haikyuu but this totally convinced me i love it when creators make characters that are like real like this. competiting in anything is scary bc we're always worried abt being the best and perfect but its cool to be reminded that doing something even for a performance or competiton is still the same fun thing it was from the start. and thats all that really matters. and its so cool theres like so many other things Kita does that seems inspiring just from this video to me. great work 😊😊
I remember when I watched those scenes with Kita I dedicated pages of my journal just to write his words so I will never forget it. I cried when Ojiro said that Kita don't need to overthink about being happy and just be. Haikyuu hits me different that after I watched it I felt like I'm somehow gained confidence and trust myself because of its message. Thank you for sharing this insight to us .
The world needs people who make videos like u. I'm sure there r many like me who hear all kinds of motivation speaking stuff but they just dont make sense. For whatever reason only God would know Anime can help to make sense to it. Somehow it goes deeper into the brain especially through video essay like this. So thank you.
In this fast paced modern society, we feel the pressure to move quickly. Just like Kita feeling peer pressure in the elite team Inarizaki. If he compares his ability with star players, he will be anxious and unconfident. However, he knows his worth. He knows he is detail minded, caring and disciplined. He knows what it takes to be a leader, the pillar of the team on court and off court. He doesn't have to be the best player on the team. He doesn't have to concern where will excellence lead him like Tsukishima worried about. He doesn't view volleyball as a life goal like other elite players. He doesn't even care about winning or losing. The simplest way of living is to realize your unique edge. The realization may come really late and takes luck to be discovered. Like how Kita did not get to play on court, remained unrecognized, until the coach of Inarizaki saw his unique talent. Not all of us are lucky to be appreciated by a wise man who sees potential outside of conventional standards (compare Inarizaki coach with Washijo). But as we gain more life experience, with thoughtfulness and discipline, we will soon see how much we've grown and realize our unique edge in this world. There's no need to fit a person into one set of standards. There's no need to always be on the front lines. Keep moving, keep growing, at your own pace, in your own terms.
I rewatched this season recently and was struck by how well characters were handled in this story, and how wise Kita was for his age. I love your Haikyuu videos so much - you put into words what I’ve been thinking for a while.
when you mentioned that it was "common sense" to do what kita says or "its not that groundbreaking" i feel like many people in the world right now don't do what kita does to its fullest extent, for example cleaning. most people (including me) neglect it because it's "irrelevant" but it doesn't matter. its some small thing you do daily that's going to show some or the other result later on and i think that is beautiful. it doesn't matter when what or in what form the result show up in, but its about the feeling of completion we get by completing such tasks. i'm gonna replay these videos once in a while to remind myself. truly an amazing mindset
Your channel is basically jus like Kita's story... Keep doing what your doing, putting some of what you do daily into UA-cam and just enjoying the process. 50k subs was just a byproduct of the actions you made daily... And now you can be Happy for it. CONGRATS! 🤗
I found your videos yesterday... and I'm so glad I did. I adore your use of music and pacing. The delivery of your scripts is awesome. I love Haikyu and love being able to share how unbelievably personable the characters in this story are.
I'm crying watching this, all the feelings and lessons I learned from haikyuu started pouring down on me and I'm glad I stumbled on your video, thank you.
This is the second video of watched after the Tanaka Ryūnosuke video, and I have subscribed. Ironically I've never seen Haikyu, but I watch anime because of the reasons you make these videos. I have found a lot of solace in the ideal and philosophy I discover in anime. I look forward to watch all your other videos. thank you.
I think what you said about replaying is so true. I usually just go through the game at first. If after that I want more of it, I go again and explore everything. If i had enough I know I got everything I needed out of it
Haikyuu is one of my favorite manga and I'm grateful for videos like this one to remind/teach me why i love it so much. Amazing work, keep it up and good like with the interviews!
I'm so glad that you did this video. Kita is one of my favorite characters from the story as his ideologies and philosophies on how to approach daily life is something that powered me through when I was competing for track and field for my college. I was obsessed with trying to beat a record but knew the competition was extremely tough. Thanks to him I got extremely close as every single day I chose not to skip any of the little things because in the end "I am built upon the small things I do everyday, and the end results are no more than a byproduct of that". Almost qualified for nationals. Thank you so much for giving me the pleasant memories of what made me who I am
omg i found this today and really appreciate it. this is an anime which I adore every character I feel proud and admire than, and felt I could learn but I never took time to truly understand what that was, seriously amazing channel good job

Hey, I think I needed to hear this. This wasn't demanding, but reassuring. I'm keen to be more intentional about trying this approach
i have a quite similar reason to why one of my favorite sports anime characters is sendoh from slam dunk. although ion know much about basketball, watching him really makes it obvious of his dedication, skills and expertise towards his own sport (such like oikawa). but a very interesting thing about him is that he knows when to compromise winning. he is aware of how good the other players within his radius were, and just, played with great sportsmanship, nothing more nothing less. and another favorite scene that truly made him one of the most well written character in sports anime IMO was that one time he sat by the beach, quietly fishing. he gives himself enough freedom to breathe life, despite having every potential to become a star player. and even after his fame and whatnot, despite the fact that even rukawa looked up on his skills, he remained simple, a word inherently close to being humble, just like kita. and it makes the viewers feel the same and want to contain themselves with the same peace in life. no sport is ever as important as breathing life, accepting things as they are, no principle is bigger than just wanting to breathe life bcs life is so short and unpredictable to waste on getting frustrated from fame and things that are obviously not gonna last.
Who's crying? Who's crying? No, I'm not. Man, I'm beyond happy that someone made a very meaningful character analysis and appreciation about Kita. Shinsuke is definitely the anime character that I treasure the most, I resonate with him in many ways and I find him really peaceful. So much love for the best boy, Kita.
Congrats on 50K subs and here is to many more. Kita's advice is so good and simple that it is hard. I am someone who struggles with consistency. I tend to move like waves on a windy day. The weather will dictate the waves and it isn't always the best thing but it works sometimes. For years I have been trying to get into a set routine but think that is the wrong mindset. I am now trying to plan fixed actions that leave space for the waves. Steven Hollet and Chris Willamson were talking about how to avoid procrastination. In that conversation, they mentioned balancing the desire to do something, the cost, and the sacrifice. If you are like me doing what Kita does seems impossible but it isn't if don't box yourself in. Find the balance of a goal to move you forward and fear(motivation) to run away from. If you don't change what is the worst thing that will most likely happen and if you do change what is the thing you wish to happen. I hope you find your answers and grow.
It's amazing, you started this channel as a way to go back to what brings you peace during tough times, but it not only helped you, but also helped thousands of others, who your going through absolute dog shit, you a real one bro, I wish you nothing but the absolute best, and keep brining out bangers like this
What a beautiful message, thank you for sharing this with us all. I find the idea that we need not be more than what are daily work makes us, very comforting.
Was kinda wondering if am on the right track or not and shit I was already internally thinking"but am happy with this aren't I" and this video just confirmed it for me, thanks man 👍
The best job interviews are the ones where it turns into a casual conversation. At that point, you're no longer trying to be anything more than you are. You're simply doing something you've been doing every day for most of your life.
I recently completed watching Haikyuu for the first time, at a time where I'm going through a rough patch, and this series has actually healed me in ways I cannot express. The positivity and hope that each and every character has given me feels like a warm hug that I desperately wanted. Even characters like Ushijima from Shiratorizawa and Takanobu Aone from Date Tech have taught me so much, even though they didn't have many significant lines. I thank you deeply for making this video on Kita, really appreciate your work
Good job on 50k man! I remember when I subscribed last year when you were at 236. Great job, I’m so glad more people are noticing you work. Was really happy when I saw my comments on the end card lol
Throughout the almost half a decade of watching anime, very few characters resonated so deeply with me as Shinsuke did. It was the brilliance of simplicity and his pure intentions behind every action that made him so relatable. You've highlighted that aspect of his character beautifully. There is always something to learn from contemplation and declustering our thoughts and actions. Everyone can implement that in their lives in some form or another. Great vid!
Really. His ideology struck me when I was watching the show. I was a person who did his everyday duties at the last point of time and was really trying so hard to do every work in time. And now I am doing it better than before.. It feels really great.
Wow I'd never expect my comment to be shown in one of your videos, the level of respect and relatability I have for you just skyrocketed, especially since I too thought that for every self improvement philosophy I'm very sure Kita's mindset of how "You are the sum of your daily habits" is the foundation for every other principle, since it's also based on the book Atomic Habits, "You don't rise to the levels of your goals, you fall to the levels of your systems". Much Love, this is also the culmination of everything you've covered, since if you watch this and another Barou video afterward, it would seem to contradict each other, but as you said, "What works for you, works for you", and the way that Kita who was both smart and disciplined ended up a farmer is just perfect writing. Hope we meet someday as high value men, much love.
Omgg i didn’t know someone made a video about my favourite character 😭😭 I watched haikyuu when I 13 and honestly the was pretty childish back then, I liked good looking flamboyant characters and I barely cared about the other characters but when kita showed up I was pulled so badly towards him, he was everything I wanted to be (even though I had never thought of it) his disciplined life his values they caught me so off guard that I rewatched the whole series again I connected with characters like ennoshita whose name I previously didn’t even know, kita made something like simplicity so beautiful for the 13 yr old me and honestly he did add to my personality a lot. These days I struggle with time management and to be disciplined and he just reminds me of everything I promised myself. lol m 17 now and goddamn how was this man so darn perfect!?
i also love that in this arc there's a connection to Noya, who is also regarded as a genius too but we know how hard he works and how hard he is on himself, and while fighting Inarazaki, he feels fear, afraid of doing something whether he did it a thousand times or something new, he took note of what his grandpa said to him "Fear is a waste of opportunity." It shows us that starting something new, in contrast to Kita's consistency where you might already be at a point where you already do it everyday, there is no reason to be afraid to do new things, we should keep trying new things because this is how we understand ourselves. To eat something you hate again; to make sure you don't like it, to confront things head on, even if you're afraid. Being able to not be scared of trying new things and Kita's lines about consistency makes the philosophy very interesting for me
Thanks for the content, thanks for inspiring young men like me, via these beautiful anime series, and break them down to this lessons, it’s actually worth it content. Thanks bro you have gave me peace. ❤
I remember he said - Why are u nervous, you are going to do what you were doing every single day, its just different platforms, so just do what you choose to do
This video made me think ofwhat i can really be in the future, despite all of the bad habits and other things. but life is life, we move on and fix the bad stuff. W vid
Kita's philosophies that I love: 1. do things right, and do them correctly. 2. whatever you do in practice, do it in game day. 3. results are a by-product of our consistency. 4. practices cleanliness and studies well. 5. be early, and work hard.
It's The definition of keeping things simple. Simplicity is always derided, but nothing can give you more peace than keeping things simple, and ticking. You are bound to constantly progress, if you keep moving forward, while keeping things simple. Kita personifies that ethos
I'm glad this video is doing well tbh, I'm proud of this one.

if you like this philosophy I urge you to watch blue period. It's now about volleyball and not about sport, but rather a boy that finds his passion in art and he starts seeing a fellow artist as a talented genius but not as an unattainable god
@@revanatictheplayer5120 Oh, Blue Period is great! But you are right, it's totally different to any sports anime.
This is very deep
I think Kita is the embodiment of what the entire Haikyuu is trying to convey, that volleyball is not just what's happening on field, but every little detail that put into wotk off field, the little things that summed up; especially for Hinata's later arc (spoilers so not going into details)
7:15: "I am built upon the small things I do every day, and the end results are nothing more than a byproduct of that." POWERFULL.
Kita really seems to embody inner peace and actual, fully realized self love. He is himself -content and confidently so. Really impressive writing and wonderful perspective. Just being secure in yourself can change so much about your own self perception and how it translates to your life as a whole
Shinsuke is the personilisation of Atomic Habits 😂
Jezus dude i almost broke a tooth pronouncing that word
The word you are looking for is "personification"
exactly!!!!
I loved Kita the moment they introduced him! Reminds me a lot of a quote from Bojack Horseman
“It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day -that’s the hard part. But it does get easier.”
We’re always so hard on ourselves, and expect perfection from the get go.
When I saw the pages/panels, I was like: "Yeah, that´s Kita Shinsuke."
It encapsulates everything he stands for. The daily actions and efforts he put into his work, with his yield as the product of this.
And that Miya Osamu specifically buys from Kita later on just warms my heart! XD
Kita is my favorite Inarizaki player.
I love hearing comments from people who have really implemented what I've said, glad it's working out!
Kita was an instant favorite because of this
Kita's every words feel like those wise advices from your wise grandfather.
Thank you!
😁😁😁 Salutations from an American;
да, хайкью в россии конечно не сильно знаменит. если хотите еще классный контент о хайкью, советую Aleczadnxr, у него очень классные видео
I wish Haikyuu was released when I was in highschool. That's when I needed it the most.
This is why Haikyuu isn't just a sport anime
One day at the time
If a lot more people were like Kita, the world would be a better place.
Kita has perfected the Zen mindset.
The most goated and simplist line ever said in an ANIME. A great scene about iteration of life and habits.
Sometimes we forget the simple things or common sense and that's why a character like this is so impactful in the show and in everdaylife.
Glad you enjoyed it!
When I was captain of my football team. I tried to model myself after him. I was a quiet lineman. In my mind, my goal, was to allow the stars to make the tackle. I just wanted to win
I binge watched Haikyuu and then went back and searched for this episode of Season 4. Shinsuke❤
my phone cover is him holding up the number one jersey where he says "maybe this is a result too"
waking up to this video changed, AT LEAST, my entire week. Thank u so much. Kita´s character means so much to me and it made me happy to see someone talking deeply about him and his phylosophy.
You're welcome 😊
I love him. Such an unforgettable character despite that little screen time that he had.
Kita immediately resonated with me when I first watched Haikyuu, it was incredible
BRO THIS GUY IS JUST SO!!! Its a great analysis!
Thank you for reminding me to appreciate the things that I've done so far, lately my anxiety is getting the best of me. I'm already 28 years old and still studying whereas my friends and prev. classmates are already having a family, business, and stuffs.
KITA IS LIKE ONE OF MY MOST FAVOURITE CHARACTERS!!!!!!❤❤
ive never watched haikyuu but this totally convinced me i love it when creators make characters that are like real like this. competiting in anything is scary bc we're always worried abt being the best and perfect but its cool to be reminded that doing something even for a performance or competiton is still the same fun thing it was from the start. and thats all that really matters. and its so cool theres like so many other things Kita does that seems inspiring just from this video to me. great work 😊😊
I remember when I watched those scenes with Kita I dedicated pages of my journal just to write his words so I will never forget it.
Thanks!
Thank you! :)
I'm crying watching this, all the feelings and lessons I learned from haikyuu started pouring down on me and I'm glad I stumbled on your video, thank you.
Glad I could help
Damn I still remember how this character gave me chills, thank you for reminding me again
This is the second video of watched after the Tanaka Ryūnosuke video, and I have subscribed. Ironically I've never seen Haikyu, but I watch anime because of the reasons you make these videos. I have found a lot of solace in the ideal and philosophy I discover in anime. I look forward to watch all your other videos. thank you.
Thanks!
this analysis really hits deep, thank you for the great video man. I really enjoyed watching it!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm glad you like it! And it went pretty well so we'll see
I'm so glad that you did this video.
Mam Kita resounds so heavily within me and you literally had me crying here, thanks for the video ❤
i have a quite similar reason to why one of my favorite sports anime characters is sendoh from slam dunk. although ion know much about basketball, watching him really makes it obvious of his dedication, skills and expertise towards his own sport (such like oikawa). but a very interesting thing about him is that he knows when to compromise winning. he is aware of how good the other players within his radius were, and just, played with great sportsmanship, nothing more nothing less. and another favorite scene that truly made him one of the most well written character in sports anime IMO was that one time he sat by the beach, quietly fishing. he gives himself enough freedom to breathe life, despite having every potential to become a star player. and even after his fame and whatnot, despite the fact that even rukawa looked up on his skills, he remained simple, a word inherently close to being humble, just like kita. and it makes the viewers feel the same and want to contain themselves with the same peace in life. no sport is ever as important as breathing life, accepting things as they are, no principle is bigger than just wanting to breathe life bcs life is so short and unpredictable to waste on getting frustrated from fame and things that are obviously not gonna last.
apologies from any grammatical error, eng is not my first language :[
Who's crying? Who's crying? No, I'm not. Man, I'm beyond happy that someone made a very meaningful character analysis and appreciation about Kita. Shinsuke is definitely the anime character that I treasure the most, I resonate with him in many ways and I find him really peaceful. So much love for the best boy, Kita.
UA-cam recommendation making wonders when I'm currently a mess and currently has no direction.
Thanks for this video.
bro's narration just healed my soul
I'm currently in an artblock and this video has helped me have a pretty good mindset on how to approach work. Thank you kind sir! I needed this today!
Glad it was helpful!
He made me cry watching this series
It's amazing, you started this channel as a way to go back to what brings you peace during tough times, but it not only helped you, but also helped thousands of others, who your going through absolute dog shit, you a real one bro, I wish you nothing but the absolute best, and keep brining out bangers like this
Thank you :)
I always go back to this video whenever I feel overwhelmed. This helps me slow down a focus on the important things.
What a beautiful message, thank you for sharing this with us all. I find the idea that we need not be more than what are daily work makes us, very comforting.
KITA HAS BEEN ON MY MIND TOO FOR WEEKS AFTER WATCHING IT
Was kinda wondering if am on the right track or not and shit
I was already internally thinking"but am happy with this aren't I" and this video just confirmed it for me, thanks man 👍
Glad to hear it!
you got it, man! I believe in you
@@yangene 🤝 thanks ma man, good luck to u too
He’s one of my favorite character, thank you for making this video.
I thank you deeply for making this video on Kita, really appreciate your work
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good job on 50k man! I remember when I subscribed last year when you were at 236. Great job, I’m so glad more people are noticing you work. Was really happy when I saw my comments on the end card lol
Cheers man! Thanks for sticking around so long haha
kita is my favorite character and he doesn't get enough love - i am so happy you made this wonderful video. i'm going to cry.
Hopefully in a good way, you're welcome if so 😭😂
Throughout the almost half a decade of watching anime, very few characters resonated so deeply with me as Shinsuke did.
Love to hear that, glad it helped dude :)
He's like a grandfather, a coach for all the players
I remember he said -
Why are u nervous, you are going to do what you were doing every single day, its just different platforms, so just do what you choose to do
This video made me think ofwhat i can really be in the future, despite all of the bad habits and other things. but life is life, we move on and fix the bad stuff. W vid
The way Kita live is way simpler and it is really inspiring to me at all times.
Kita's philosophies that I love:
1. do things right, and do them correctly.
2. whatever you do in practice, do it in game day.
3. results are a by-product of our consistency.
4. practices cleanliness and studies well.
5. be early, and work hard.
Adapting his philosophy into your life gives you thus type of peace. I just work my hardest, I know the Gods are watching me. That's enough.
Literally cried the first time I watched that episode with Kita.
Thank you for this. This made me Appreicate Kita's character more.
No problem 😊
You couldn’t have said it better. I think that I would call Kita my alter ego. His humbleness and modesty are truly inspiring.
He speaks right to the heart.
I absolutely love Kita Shinsuke. He's my favourite character in the Inarizaki team.
my favourite haikyyuuu character
It's The definition of keeping things simple. Simplicity is always derided, but nothing can give you more peace than keeping things simple, and ticking. You are bound to constantly progress, if you keep moving forward, while keeping things simple. Kita personifies that ethos
