It's the SSA warhead which make Deployed GIs so much better against armor than Conscripts. And I also thought when undeployed GIs are as weak as conscripts till I put this chart together. Note:the Gardian GI has ump45 but for some reason it's also called m60 while normal GI has three round burst pistol while not deployed but for some reason in the game files it says that the GI has m60 while undeployed
How much conscripts deal same dmg as 1 nuke missile? Put a different buildings and units, who can survive nuke in range of a nuke. Strike them. Then put same things and surround them with coscripts, in amount to deal same dmg to them in 1 shoot)
GI fires faster than conscripts whether he uses pistol or machine gun, yep even in a garrison building, conscripts have very weak damage unlike GI but initiates are very deadly when in a garrison building

Damn, I always thought that Conscript owns undeployed Gi. That's a shock.
He does, Conscripts are more durable, but in raw forepower, it's a bit of a surprise to me too
What makes conscripts useful is fast training for cheap and garrisoning structures for early map control and base defense.
GI still proves to be the cheapest OP unit to mass produce, especially when they're able to out range tesla towers, on elite veterancy.

SSA(SuperSmallArms) in general is strong, not a lot of armor types resist SSA significantly.
So, undeployed G.I. is very similar to two conscripts. Good to know 🙂

Conscripts should still be slightly more cost effective because they're more resilient.
Conscript can win against undeployed GI in a battle.
Because he has flak armor while GI have none

ofc no. Gi have a peestol and conscript have only a rifle so gi is stronger

I thought so too till I compared weapons.
GIs have higher rate of fire, but loses on a 1v1 battle against a Conscript because Conscripts makes up on their tougher armor.

@Harpy Productions I thought deployed GI using M60 instead of M249 (according to years template this game use) and un-deployed was using Uzi or Mac-10
@Harpy Productions I think Red Alert 2 was taking time around 60's or 70's.
