Never understood how this didn't chart real high everywhere and was a suppressed sleeper. It has all the ingredients to be a song EVERYBODY knew and liked! Plus the Guitarist had a BC Rich Mockingbird. I have a BC Rich Eagle... Same guitar with a different body shape. So, of course it was a HIT for me! LOL Thank YOU!
I loved this song, and hadn't thought of it until Tom Bukovac mentioned it in a video a day or two ago. He was laughing at the way he said a "blues" was played over major chords...I guess I'd heard it so often over the years I never thought anything was out of place...and now, so familiar, it still doesn't seem out of place...
This song didn't chart over here in Britain & Ireland so we never heard about this band (or song) until the 'net came around. Such a brilliant piece of writing and recording ... love your breakdowns on these classic songs, Dave. Regards from Donegal, Ireland Lee
Hey this is cool! Thank you for posting this!! Kind of reminds me a little like "I'd Really Want To See You Tonight" by England Dan and John Ford Coley

I dig this song.
It’s actually my favorite all-time, if I had to pick one. Thanks for posting.

Thanks so much.
Nice job Dave! I'm playing bass on this tune for our band. Totally forgot about this one!
Every instrument on this song has an interesting part. As a former bass player, allow me to congratulate you!
Dave, thank you for doing this song. I asked you awhile back, but wasn't sure if you would get to it. One of my all-time favorites. Thanks again.

So funny. That song got no airplay in the midwest. Everything else you post is super familiar. Love when that happens.
Wow Dave haven't heard that one in a while nice job as always
