I'm not going to lie, Its kind of frustrating that you didnt remove the resourcepack when you weren't doing the fan snapshot. It kind of ruined some of the things.

There’s a hidden chest under bob’s house on the dimension: isolation. The chest can easily be found using spectator mode. In said chest there’s a sword called “Stabby Mcstabface”.

It was really confusing to have both the community snapshot and the official snapshot applied. I think it may be better to only use one at a time. You missed a lot of things about the snapshot. Like how the “bridges” dimension is made of endstone bricks, not bedrock, but the community thing retextured it.

@@HK-sw3vi Absolutely, I can't recommend it enough! The first few pages are enough to get you hooked. It's not even a long book, and if you like the first one, there are four more. There's also a sixth one by another author.
Although this was cool, it probably wasn't a great idea to do both at once as it kinda took away from the infinity snapshot easter eggs

At 5:40 isn't "Custom" a reference to the removed Minecraft feature with which one could customize the parameters of one's world generation and create custom worlds? And which the devs said would be re-added at a later date?

No: they've been working on this for a long time, and made the snapshot as a tangent. We're getting customized worlds back, and it'll be able to do all this stuff.

That was where you could individually select each layer and make that all one block right?
So red stone makers could have their super flat iron block worlds and builders could have all grass or whatever

You missed that in blacklight, it wasnt just dark, light was inverted

Having the community pack on while reviewing the vanilla features made it very confusing to watch
"Perfection" is a reference to the UA-camr Direwolf20. He became famous for his 9x9 rooms, which he always built multiple of for his mod spotlights and playthroughs. He helped popularize Minecraft mods back in the day, even before pistons IIRC. That world is nothing but copies of his famous room.
The warp basic dimension is a reference to a test program that is often used to test the Commodore 64: it just randomly generates that maze-looking pattern by alternating / and \, basic is the name of the programming language
The perfection map is a reference to Direwolf20's 9x9's.

@@empoleonmaster6709 Direwolf20 is a modded minecraft youtuber who is known for building cobblestone houses that are 9x9, the map is a reference to him and how he connects them together. 9x9s are great because you only need 4 torches on the walls to fully light the place up

I want a loot table that gives a chance to fish up an ender dragon now, in normal gameplay fishing up a drowned would be interesting though, albeit annoying.

I found randomly the the dimension "d" plays random songs in the soundtrack, so it can get very weird, even if your music volume is at 0.
that sponge world at 17:43 is actually a Menger sponge fractal which is similar to the Sierpinski carpet fractal

You should have done the MC one without the community resourcepack. That resourcepack changes a few things. Like the beacons in missing.
Likewise you should have done the community one without the MC one.
You may have missed something with blacklight.
You don't want your brightness up, you want it down. The light is made of black, so the brighter it is the blacker it is. You see really well in darkness.
For chess, it also applies to mobs.
For spiral, and sponge, remember, the procedural generation can make it go on for ever.
For spiral it is a quite simple rule for each quadrant. e.g. (not sure if this is the correct one, but allows you to make something comparable) for positive x or positive y: If the greater of x and y is odd put a block, otherwise don't. i.e. if (mod(max(x,y),2)=1) then block else noblock. Just a slight tweak in 2 of the quadrants gets you the spiral.
So there is no reason for it to not go on forever.
1:12 would be cool if fishing was like that(only for the fishes obviously)

In 09:14 the sign is in Swedish. It’s says a common text we often have on our doors. (Ingen reklam tack) means No advertising mail tanks:)

@@42carlos Did you even watch the video? It's literally 48 minutes of Ray showing all of the stuff in the snapshot that was actually made by hand. Obviously the main feature of this snapshot is the procedurally generated stuff but this entire video is specifically about everything that _isn't_ procedurally generated.
Most of the worlds are simple, if they had every developer in Minecraft to make a random dimension, it wouldn’t take long
now I would love to see volcano as part of the mountain update!

It's called the libary of Babylon and it contains everything from any book name from the past to the description of everything it contains everything from the past to the future and it works on quite a simple code for what it does
It writes a code like aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa then aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaab eventually it will be zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz eventually it creates a sentence or a word so anything that can be written is written there. You may be confused when you first see the website as it has alot of pages filled with random letters like adfrdghyt dghgfg hgffhut but eventually there will be a sentence between the random letters even if it is 1000 books later. P.s the books are written with 42 pages I believe (pardon if I'm wrong) and there are about 10 to the 5000 words in the libary and that's more atoms then in our solar system as our solar system only has 10 to the 80 atoms

I can't remember clearly... were footprints in the snow ever a thing? When I found those in this snapshot, it brought back this vague recollection of them existing in the game, but I can't seem to find any evidence to support that.

I don't know of it's already in the video, but the world jeb_ is filled with rainbow pyramids made out of stained glass.

This actually looks very cool make the way you get to this stuff with the dragon egg or something and it’s an end game way to get new places to build and maybe even new mechanics. Maybe some dimensions have light everywhere (including caves) so they are better for cave bases, while others maybe have gravity that goes in a sphere around a point, or has a very limited width and length (say 1000 or something) but also has a height of 1000. It would be really cool.
