We return to Cecil County drag strip with Mikes 64 dodge to continue our quest for a faster time slip. Although we may not have been successful in making the car faster we did accomplish making a dead reliable consistent machine that turns some rounds in a friendly bracket race.

Shifting low its great its running low 14's. Most important it appears all are having fun. You thik shifting around 5500 it might turn a 13.9???

I absolutely think if we could get the car to shift later at a higher rpm that we could break into the 13’s. All in all tho we had the greatest time ever running our back to back 14’s and I think Mike is pretty satisfied with how this car performs. He restored this car as a teenager with his dad and I think he’s retiring it from the drag strip and just gonna cruise it and enjoy it with his family. He is working on a duster tho that will undoubtedly see the drag strip. Best of both worlds!

@hatchsrecreationalengineer1997 oh that thing was an e.t bracket beast for many rounds. Getting to semi's had to be inspiring and a victory of its own. Good stuff. Good Good stuff.
