What i want from the royal British to return back the wealth of colonized countries they had colonized before such India and other colonized countries.
The entire Phillip take is that the royal family prevents the UK to fall into authoritarianism, moderating the parliament somehow. But Paul's point is perfect, the UK is about the people and the country itself, not a privileged family.
On this note, if the UK didn't come to authoritarianism is because the British people won't want that, the royal family neither controls our minds nor it's what is preventing the commoners to become savages. Our mate Phillip was totally brainwashed to think the common people are wild horses and the crown a tamer.
They certainly fell under authoritarian rule when oliver Cromwell took over. Dissolveing parliament when he wanted, expelling elected members. And setting up his own chosen group of officials
Oswald Moseley was part of the Aristocracy, after all. It was the working class at Cable Street and elsewhere that stopped him.
It's time for the monarchy to go. All the people involved are millionaires and don't have to worry about working. Turn Buckingham palace into a museum and stop wasting money and politics, move on.
