Glad that you have started waiting until the end before showing off the cheese. Several of your tracks were amazing but were left mostly unexplored due to the focus on the cheese.
But as you saw here it does run of risk of him not even getting it sometimes when he wait so long, he probably had at most one more attempt at it here, before it would be over

Personally I feel like this camera mode blocking should at most be done as a setting for host to enable in lobby. If it's an setting or object for a map, it'll just confuse players as to why they can't use camera mode in specific maps and adds frustration to those who want to spectate etc. Also it won't ever fix the cheesing problems, it'll just delay them. For example, in this lobby, we would've likely just driven a minute and then cut. And the same again. I just don't see it adding anything to the game while adding stuff for the devs to do.
But I do like how this all turned into this fine balancing between stopping cheese and saving another one :D
You're right a setting would be much better. Blocking Free Camara would be ideal for those who like to spectate. However I wouldn't call the cheesing a problem, as you know I LOVE the Cheese. But A delay sure would make the content I make much easier!
@@DapperEcho Actually yeah, blocking the Free Camera would likely be the way to go. Maybe if we'll one day have a good way to spectate players from the normal driving perspective without hassling with the sticky camera, as then new players would still be able to spectate other players and see how they drive.

Best would be if you could either play the map OR spectate, but not choose between them (and maybe have some more time between map transitions so that you can take a look at the map or something like that).

Dapper desperatly trying to convince the others that there is no intentional cheese was honestly amazing.
10:30 I think it'd be sweet if the dev adds collisionless checkpoints that only give you your split time without acting as a requirement to go through to finish.
So optional checkpoints and non-collision checkpoints as two separate wishlist items?
@@modothegreat108 they would be the same item as to not interfere if you decide to not try and go through them. They would be there only to allow people to see their split times and would be completely unobstructive to everyone else.
Such a boss move that "Only I'm allowed to cheese my tracks." Major points for that. :D

Yeah if he gets one fast sector that costs him more time down the line, he's not breaking that barrier.
~10:40 If anything though, the dev should add a roadsign/camera or something like that which doesn't necessarily act like a checkpoint, but only takes your time, like the booths on the highway in NFS Most Wanted for example.
It could just be a circle exactly like the checkpoint, but different color, like the first/thirdperson camera, or it could just be like a roadside sign thingy that doesn't even catch your eye that much.
I'd prefer a plane covering the whole map because if they don't need to go there they would rather find a faster time without going there
@@beaconblaster33 Well, the map creator would add it at appropriate intervals, and it would encompass a big enough area, so it wouldn't prevent you from finding a good path necessarily, and that's also the reason I said it should only measure time and not act as a checkpoint, so you can skip it entirely if you are not particularly interested in the time and just want to finish.
but the booths in NFS Most Wanted ARE checkpoints. If you are late for one, you fail the run.

I like how he seamlessly goes into the outro after doing the cheese without mentioning it and just waited for the others to notice.
That made me laugh harder than I probably ever had at a UA-cam video. Just the casual "oh, that made my heart race. Thank you guys so much for watching, and..." and then Kan chiming "wait, he got a 7 second...."
Nice video, but by this point you should probably put a cheese in your track that actually takes longer to finish than the actual course, like an anti-cheese cheese.

I want to see a track made of check points just after the entrance. If possible make some that don't register when you pass through them and use those to drive on and place larger checked points around them at places to make those driving believe that some work as intended. Then find a way to prop yourself to the top on an invisible track that runs along the top of the track but allows you to go through the hidden oversized checkpoints.
The longest buildup but wow was it worth it for that ending
You should make a track where doing nothing is faster than trying to race it normally. No clue if the multiplayer physics will make it not function right

Dapper here and today I made an upside down track to trick my friends in Zeepkist I hope you enjoy!" followed by *changing* information like adding Scrapman's tag since your upside down track. Is it something you are doing for a laugh, or is my UA-cam bugged? The way things work around here, including how *you* present yourself, both are possible.
Easy, There's a reuse description button for a new video so I don't have to redo all the video information! I just forget to slightly change it from video to video. So yes a Dapper move indeed
