The Dark Truth About the Erommy Gazebo: Scam Alert

Erommy is a vendor that sells on Home Depot (where we bought ours), WalMart, and Amazon. Please for the sake of your sanity and your wallet avoid this vendor like the plague. In the end they charged us over $4,100+ and fraudulently signed us up for ApplePay to where we had to cancel two cards and have them reissued to avoid more of their fraudulent behavior.
I really felt like purchasing this from Home Depot would have allowed us to be protected from something like this. The reviews on Home Depot weren't that bad and suggested purchasing this one vs. a rebranded competitor. I have come to find out that Home Depot has curated out negative comments which would have steered me away from this vendor. How do I know? I tried to submit a honest review on their site and it was never posted.
Update: Contacted the vendor again. This time Zelle scam of payments masquerading as payments. My bank in additional attempts to protect us from this vendor had to freeze our account and make us open another one. This has been the financial nightmare of a lifetime.

Please do your research and perhaps choose a vendor like Kozyard or Domi for your purchase. I wish after doing a bunch of follow-up research after purchase of going with either one of them.
Customer Service: If I could rate this negatively I would. They aren't even located in the United States and pretend to be by having a California number. They run their transactions through Jamaica Pricesmart.
Build Quality: Fair. Some of the pieces were bent in the boxes which required bending some of them back into place to work.
Instructions: Pictures only, I watched hours of videos of other gazebos to figure out some of these steps.
Ease of construction: Also 1 or 2 out of 10. You need several people to put this together. 3 or more. There were several points along the way where we had to walk away and come back and tackle especially the middle panel pieces.
