Chris did a killer job on this bike and taught me a ton, too. I can't recommend him enough. I drove 200 miles round trip to have him work on my bike, and I'll do it again! PS- Bring the man a pack of hard ciders when you pick up your bike!
Great video, thanks bud. Man I want one of those ultra sonic cleaners. Although I just finished fixing all my carbs so hopefully I won't need one anytime soon haha. I really should go reset the air/fuel screw on mine from stock but it's not really causing any problems just a little bubbly on deceleration occasionally. I suppose it might make it run slightly cooler as well.
Yep, those little Lisle auto center punches work miracles on sticky float pins. I usually support the other side with wood. Yep! Awesome or Socar Burst either one. They are really close in chemical makeup I think. Thanks for watching! I'll add one of the punches to the description with an affiliate link as well!
It's great to see real mechanics who know their stuff and make it look easy
Much appreciated. The camera does all the making it look easy! 🤣😀 Appreciate you watching and the kind words!

Thanks a million man! Great to meet ya and appreciate the opportunity to fix up that cool ride! 🍻

Yes sir! For the money it's really stepped up the carb cleaning game! Thanks for watching man!
I'd a liked to watch you reassenble the carb. But thanks for what you did show us.
I'll have to do a close up of a carb build for you next time I get one. Thanks for watching
never thought to use a spring loaded punch on the float pin. do you still use awesome in the ultrasonic?
