I recently started listening to them too after they were mentioned on something. Loving their music! Then the other day when I was looking through some photo albums, I found a flyer of theirs that had been signed by all the band members! It turns out that not only had I seen them live back in 2014 (supporting Therapy?) but one of the band members had given me the flyer. I'd totally forgotten.😯
I discovered them in the summer of 15 I was driving with my dad in the UK and we were looking for a good radio station. So we found karrang radio and the second song was Victory line and i said to my dad who the fuck is this band ?! So I took my Shazam but it was not working. And I was so angry because i really wanted to know this band. a time later The day's war was released, and oh boy it was the album that made a great summer a fu**** great summer. My dad and I saw them a million time live and we are both sad that David is not in the band anymore. I really hope he is not done with making music. But even without David I'll be there to listen to this band
Its soo good but they are sooo put of time hahahaha its like three tines as fast and the drummmer is still playing the slower speed XD. Which sounds better anyway hahahaha
That's just not true my man, listen again. There's maybe one bit near the end where the timing slips on the lead guitar for a couple of beats, but that's it. The guitars and the beat are syncopated at points if that's what you mean, but the timing is fine.
@@thomasbrown5267 I just sounds in and out of time I mean I cant criticise lol I am a nobody but I like it anyway it just jolting cos not heard it this way
@@cubbykovu8955 Yeah I know what you mean man, but I think it's just the syncopation of the guitars that sounds odd to you. It's in there in the studio recording as well, but the mixing obviously favours the drums and the lead guitar so you don't hear it as much! If you haven't heard it listen to the 'Redux' studio version of this song... it's great and you hear it in there!
2015,one of the most important year of my life. Find this band, find this piece. Amazing.
Just “discovered” these guys tonight on Spotify and am hooked. Even more impressed after seeing they sound just as good live
