“I’d be soooo happy” is my favorite Craig line 😂
@@flingonberHe looks up at the sky like he's having a dream sequence.
@@acrawley5128 - It's like with the Fish sticks joke episode when Craig turns to Jimmy and says: 'I like you Jimmy. But you're not going to win this one. Just give him half.'
My favorite Craig line is “🖕🏼”
"Okay, now there are sparks shooting out from my eyes."
An oldy but goody
I love the fact that Dash is taking his time to search for and provide the source material for many of the sketches.
Makes him the best reaction channel!
@@ItsLikeFerrariyeah agreed
He's the only reactor I've seen that gets most of the references, and even pop them in a little cutaway. for everyone else to understand where it came from.
This is the react channel for grownups haha always look forward for new uploads and see things I haven't noticed before.
I gave him that idea lol. No I’m just kidding but I did tell him when he started doing a little bit to do a like “ pop up video” VH1 thing referencing all the references
Between Thomas (blond Tourette’s kid) and Tweek, I can’t help but feel that Craig has a type.
It takes one to know one.
The Tourette Society of America actually praised Matt and Trey for the portrayal of Tourettes in this episode. Specifically speaking about how only a small portion of those who have the disease have the verbal tic of cursing. And that it is a genetic neurological disease that causes behavioral text that can be as simple as needing to snap your fingers or being the very rare cases saying inappropriate things. This episode is just a boatload of comeuppance for Cartman particularly when he loses that filter of what he should and shouldn't say. And I love the moment that the kid who actually had Tourette's in the beginning of the episode realizes what Cartman's doing and starts working with Kyle and it goes into the whole To Catch a Predator thing. Comedic genius
You can dislike South Park for plenty of things, but something they've been consisted of the curve on is disability. It's odd, but certainly worthy of praise.
This episode is a master class on how you can make jokes about a sensitive topic without being hurtful.
@@Trip_FontaineI wish more shows understood how to do that.
@@Trip_FontaineMatt and trey are the best showrunners ever. South Park is the greatest comedy show as well.
@@Trip_Fontaine between this the Jimmy Centric episodes and episodes involving Timmy it seems clear that Matt and Trey have a great deal of respect for disabled people. That's one of the reasons why episodes like up the down steroid or Cripple Fight are so memorable
To this day and years later, I still let out a _"PISS OUTTA MY AYYYYSS!"_ completely out of context.
That line has lived rent free in my head since this episode first aired
OMG I do too 😁🤣😂❤
I say that on the crapper any time I have diarrhea.
I think they call that a "rectourethral fistula" man lmao
How's that been working out for you?
Watching Dash struggling his ass off trying to hold in his laughter over potentially offensive jokes is amazing.
I love Craig's envy of Eric's ability to say whatever. It's fitting for the dude that flips everyone off.
An amazing attention to detail: the predators that show up are mostly designed after people actually caught on To Catch a Predator
“Night of the Living Homeless” - Season 11 Episode 7. Such a classic episode❤️
I second this 👍! Definitely an episode that sticks out in my mind lol 😂.
Co-sign this recommendation too. Awesome episode.
Yeah that's a good one too!
They got praised for this episode from a group that helps and brings awareness to the disorder
This whole episode is hilarious and actually very heartfelt.
But, for whatever reason, the guy screaming, “There aren’t really brownies!” just slays me every single time. It’s something in the delivery that is just SO funny to me.
That delivery is mainly so funny to me because it is a very typical over-exaggerated Trey Parker delivery. He is so hilarious when he nails those. I can only imagine how many takes it must have required in the recording booth until he managed to do it without bursting into laughter in the middle🤣
@@renx81 I wish there were just days worth of outtakes of him doing voices. I know there are little snippets, but i desire a full DVD collection. 😂
@@83gemm I agree 100%!
It's even funnier to me that the predator they designed the character after is "slow." He got caught TWICE by Chris Hansen.
@@83gemm Oh, that would be the best. I love that clip of him recording the voices for the Asian Diversity assembly. The way he switches between characters in the one take is so damn good! I'd happily watch hours of that shit!
I got brain damage 13 years ago and tics/brain pain suddenly developed out of nowhere. Mine is in the form of saying "Yes" and "No" uncontrollably, or it hurts my brain insanely bad. Also, the finger snapping thing. It totally sucks. Matt and Trey did a really good job portraying it in this episode; I'm glad they showed how it can take on multiple forms and it's not just spouting off curse words randomly.
this episode predicted the future, people actually do fake tourettes to get attention on the internet nowadays
I wish Thomas wasn’t just a one-time character. That poor kid deserves to be happy.
I like to think he moved, but he and Kyle still play games online together.
Would have been a perfect way to enter the show.
@@SonicMegaKingSame, and I think he also made friends with Craig who then introduced him to Tweek (since they seem to have a lot in common)
@@break_the_galaxy Speaking of the similarities, if can't help but wonder, from this episode, if Craig has a type lol. That was some "can I carry your books" behavior right there XD
@@etherasmr4720 his type seems to be cute, twitchy and anxious.
Trey & Matt do research on every topic they explore. one of the many reasons I love South Park.
there's a lady with coprolalia who shops at the local stores in my area and pretty much everyone in town knows who she is at this point. she's from a really rich family so she's always wearing really nice fancy clothes and she always wears these sunglasses to hide her face even though everyone knows her. everyone recognizes her by her tics and she just sounds really annoyed and pissed off all the time shouting curse words but she's probably just frustrated because she has to deal with the tics like 24/7 every day. i couldn't imagine living with something like that, i'm a very introverted person and hate attention.
An episode where Cartman isn’t evil is The Ring. He seems to genuinely care about Kenny in it. Cartman also seems to love animals. There’s an episode about how he tries to save calves. And Major Boobage of course where he saves all the cats
Cartman tried to save the cats in Major Boobage too
cartman wanted to eat those calves though and Stan forced him to stay anyway
And the episode where he is the hall monitor.
Also the episode “1%,” where they delve into Cartman’s strange relationship with his stuffed animals from the earlier seasons (which also created the fan theory of him having MPD).
And the time he saved the town from hippies
Best South Park reactor on YT. You add so much more insight and context to the references than anyone else.
"I'm not going to make it homie." So relatable from Dash
Super relatable
"There aren't really brownies!!" Gets me every time 😂
I love the way Kyle had accidentaly helped Cartman without noticing it😂
7:55
Omg, never even noticed that Leeroy was on to catch a predator! Nice find there by Dash 😂
Same!
This dude is the only person on earth who says “I’m gonna have to look into that” and ACTUALLY DOES IT 😂
Quote from Wikipedia: _Prior to the airing, the Tourette Syndrome Association (TSA) issued a press release saying they had requested that Comedy Central air their public service announcements during or after the show and that they "fully expect[ed] it to be offensive and insensitive to people with TS". The President of the TSA said, "we are actually surprised it took the creators so long to use TS as comedy fodder in this program, since no disability, illness or controversial topic is off limits to them."Following the episode, they issued a second press release, expressing concern that the episode perpetuated the misconception that most people with TS have coprolalia (involuntary swearing) when in fact 85-90% of people with TS do not. They conceded that "the episode was surprisingly well-researched. The highly exaggerated emphasis on coprolalia notwithstanding, for the attentive viewer, there was a surprising amount of accurate information conveyed", adding that several elements of the episode "served as a clever device" for providing accurate facts to the public._
I don’t understand how they thought it was exaggerated when only one of the kids had coprolalia lol
This episode is actually the perfect example of “there are only two tragedies in life, not getting what you want. And getting it.” Cartman wishes for Tourette’s syndrome so he may say what normal people wish to keep quiet about. Until he finds he says things he doesn’t want people to know. Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.
There aren't really brownies!
One of my favorite lines in all the show. The absurdity of it lmao
It even funnier to me that the guy they modeled the predator after is "slow." He showed up to two different stings set up by the organization working with Chris Hansen. LMAO
1:29 Cartman singing “I’ve got a golden ticket,” cracks me up man
So I knew someone who had Tourette Syndrome back in High School who I was friends with and I remember watching this episode with them and that's the main memory I have of this episode too because they genuinely found it both funny yet incredibly stupid at the same time and it was fun
Are you still in touch with them and how are they doing?
@@melchized3294I stay in touch, even though I moved a bit me and our friend group still find a way to hang out together
@@de606returns6 That's great. It's good to know they are doing well. Thank you for your response.
@@melchized3294 you're welcome it's a pleasant memory and I like talking about it
This thread is a wholesome UA-cam moment ❤
"I wet my beh-AAH! I TOUCHED MY COUSIN'S WEIN-AAAH!!!"
That, combined with his facial expressions kill me everytime cus it shows how much cartman is struggling to keep that shii to himself 💀
Boy had his hands balled up like Arthur too
Bro was tweaking
@@thatoneerror Cartman geeking TF out will always be funny AF especially cus of his CaseOh build.
Cartman is actually gay, they put clues in a lot of the episodes. Putting Butter's weiner in his mouth to take a photo was another major one. "Sucking sea men out of a hose" was another one.
So I've been a South Park fan since Aug 13th 1997, when me and my friend defied his mother's request and stayed up to watch the brand new cartoon.
We were 10 years old, way too young for it. But I absolutely adored it, and never stopped loving it.
I just wanna say how much fun it is revisiting all these golden classics with you. It's why I watch reaction channels in the first place, it's like showing a friend a new show.
Your reactions have been superb and it's evident you really care about the show. I'll probably forever associate South Park with Dash now, which is awesome. Thanks again man! Much love from Philadelphia!
One of the few times cartman actually shows compassion I can think of is the episode FatBeard, while not much the episode it's self is absolutely hilarious and features a decent amount of butters in it.
“THERE ARENT REALLY ANY BROWNIES” *bang*😂 Kills me every time
If Dash could upload everyday I'd be so oooooo happy! ❤
Good episode! Craig making an appearance as well 😁 if youd like to see more of him as well as some „south park horror“, Id recommend the two part episode S12E10/11 „Pandemic“ and „Pandemic 2“
Finally man ! I knew that this episode would be in your reactions. Cartman episodes are insane
Watching Dash struggle not to laugh is funnier than the actual episode
Wow! I didn't catch the Leeroy crossover. I've been hooked for years and totally missed that one. This episode split my sides when I first saw it. Something to note from Paste Magazine in October of 2021: When the Tourette Syndrome Association found out that Trey Parker and Matt Stone were making an episode about the disorder, they released a statement preemptively saying they fully expected it to be “offensive and insensitive.” What actually aired, however, was surprisingly touching, not to mention gut-busting.
Just like Matt & Trey to subvert expectations somewhat lol 😂.
I'm wonder if the Dog the Bounty Hunter reference was intentional or if they just re-used the same "generic hick idiot" stock character.
A rewatchable classic, still one of my favorite episodes. 😂
That last part where Cartman tried to keep himself from telling everyone that he and his cousin touched weiners made me spit my drink on my keyboard.
Matt n Trey actually received praise from the Tourettes community for the episode saying it was well researched.
"PISS out my ASS" cracks me up everytime 😂
It's okay to laugh at "Piss out of my ass," Dash. Do it.
There’s the airsoft episode called “help, my teenager hates me” where Cartman is surprisingly mature and the teenagers acted like spoiled a**holes.
11:44 There have been a few moments like that throughout the years. It's rare, but Eric doesn't always act like a monster, lol.
1. *Cat Orgy.* _Season 3, Episode 7._
2. *How to Eat With Your Butt.* _Season 5, Episode 10._
3. *Smug Alert!* _Season 10, Episode 2._
Him saving cats in *Major Boobage* is another good example, but you've already seen that one.
Can’t get enough of your South Park videos man, the way you do it is so unique and LEAGUES above anyone else
I’ve always thought the writing of Cartman is so sophisticated. I’m not surprised that Trey, Matt, and several others love doing Cartman episodes; I’m very impressed that they never overuse him. That’s very judicious and thoughtful writing.
Butters always crack me up when he always use the urinal.😂😂😂😂
Wait, you're not supposed to pee at a urinal like that? Lmfao
Or when he sits backwards on the toilet 😂😂
6:06 Dash’s reaction and trying not to laugh. CLASSIC
This is such a good commentary on how tolerance and goodwill is sometimes abused
As someone that was born with Tourette’s I must say this is one of the best things Trey and Matt have ever done.
This is probably my favourite episode of South Park - especially near the start in the classroom.
Ok let me get this straight ...i was at work when i started watching this...i had to pause and go hide in the toilets cuz i couldnt hold it in amymore ...this episode is hilarious ...i have never laughed so bad in my life ... My ribs hurt, my throat's sore, my eyes got no more tears to give and my heart hurts so bad from holding all my laughters in. My colleagues probably think im crazy...well they dont watch south park hahaha...good job matt and trey. Need a good laugg from time to time. :)
Don’t hold back the laughter XD this episode is hilarious and very well made has some awareness of the ailment and offed a few dozen pedos from the world of South Park.
Never noticed that Leroy was in this episode! Idk how you have such an amazing eye for these things!
'Writing in tourette' is actually possible but pretty rare.
30 seconds into the episode, Dash can already see where the whole episode is going 😂
There was a kid with Tourettes in my school. He would just kinda randomly go "woo hoo", or say some random off the wall thing. He wouldn't curse though. He was a nice guy, and its a shame that he did get teased a lot for it.
I’m only a minute in but ironically the national Institute for Tourette’s syndrome admired this episode on how accurate it was
If I could watch Dash Reacts everyday I'd be soooo happy 😅
The absolute pinicle where you see true cartman is in the 2nd pandemic special episode. The entire show built up on that arch, I felt like.
11:44 In the TSA episode 'Toilet Safety Administration', Cartman is actually the voice of reason..
"Major boobage" was an episode where Eric shows a different side. Also the eps in the later seasons where he gits a gf. Speaking of which, you should start reacting to the last 3 seasons every once in a while but you'd better watch them in order cause they are the only seasons with a continuing plot.
Don't forget Post COVID
First of all, he's already reacted to Major Boobage. Secondly, have you even watched the last few seasons? Their relationship ended like 4 seasons ago. I believe you are referring to seasons 20-22. But we are already at season 26. They've been pretty much back to the episodic approach for a while now.
@@renx81 Yeah, I was referring to seasons 20-22 (that's when pc principal was first introduced, right?). I liked those seasons. I did watch the last ones but tbh I remeber absolutely nothing about them. Only thing that comes to mind is Butter's jail time in St patrick's day.
11:48 in Helen Keller the Musical (from season 4) we see what Cartman sees whenever he closes his eyes. Also in season 20 we see Cartman progress into a better person (although you'd have to watch that season in order)
Coprolalia does happen but it's only about 5 to 10% of Tourette's cases. For most people including myself it's just involuntary movements that are very difficult to resist. Mine is having to bend my neck and move it around in circular motions.
The interesting is they kind of half-demonstrated Tourettes in the first season. Craig’s family was always giving each other the finger. Its hereditary!
Im impressed that you catch most, if not all, of the culture references. That and you always know what kenny says.
11:44 you've already seen it but _Cock Magic_ is a great episode where Cartman is just a good friend and one of the guys. No backstabbing, no racial slurs, no selfish motivations. Just a few jokes about girls volleyball and hanging out with the guys at City Wok. You know; real dude shit.
Another one he's already reacted to is "Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy", although he helping Kyle for selfish reasons in that one. "Major Boobage" is another good example of him being a good person.
But Dash asked for ones he hasn't seen and honestly, it's not easy to think of some, because it's so super rare 😂
@@renx81 i got one; its my favorite South Park episode _a Nightmare on FaceTime._ He's a little cranky with some adults and a bit frustrated with Stan but again no backstabbing, no racial slurs and no selfish motivations.
@@slowflowsen498 I guess it's a little neutral, but then again, when it comes to Cartman, neutral is actually pretty good! Plus that episode is awesome, hope Dash will react to it.
Dash, if you want to see Cartman like you’ve never imagined, you have to watch the 2 part Covid special. I guarantee you’ll never see him the same way again 😂
i love the dude who's upset that there're isn't brownies 🤣
ive been binging these SP reacts of yours daily lol...Wild to hear you celebrating 20k in this since its double that now. Keep grindin man been enjoying your reacts, I grew up to this show in Colorado since the early days lol
this episode is probably my favorite
Chris Hanson did a 60 min episode. And he said in a pre interview the most frustrating part was the intro, and they showed a clip of him repeating the 60 min failed intro.
So south part took a jab at him messing his own name up.
Oh my God I’ve seen every episode probably 400 times and I’ve never noticed that was Leroy from Miss teacher, bangs boy! Good, eye dash!!
10:05 why is kyle seen smiling in the crowd once eric cartman is about to fool eveyone, but he's seen angry once cartman gets exposed
15:02 "There aren't really brownies!" Lol. That slays me somehow.
Thanks for another 15 minutes of gold Dash.
Next up, please can you review Season 2's Pandemic and Pandemic II the Startling?
Both have great Randy material
The people rapidfire committing suicide when they saw Chris Hansen made me laugh so hard.
The episode “Major Boobage” you get a see a side of Cartman you never knew before
Aw what a great one!!!!! And your laughing within the first minute! This is awesome!
Thanks for including my comment in your video, Dash. Keep up the good work.
This is such a good episode 😂
I had a friend that had Tourette’s. He made like a tiny sound that’s it nothing crazy.
Its being long, Dash, Im happy to see you! If you feel burnout, mb try some other tvshow? Or even movies? The problem is, seems like you have watched a lot of movies already 😂
When they showed this on on tv - it was uncut !
The organizations were actually supportive of this portrayal .
This man never ceases to make my day ❤❤❤ love you Dash!!😊
The entire season 20 shows an extremely unique side of Cartman making him seem like an actual human being, surprisingly. He gets into a relationship which goes on for a good while but has a few really interesting twists.
Today is officially a good day ❤
Thank you for the hard work you put into giving us content ❤
I love how Dash tries not to laugh 🤧
When I was in high school, there was this kid who had Tourette’s Syndrome and his verbal tic was to say the n-word. The teachers all had to explain to us that he can’t control what he says
You gotta love Cartman and his plan backfiring.
To answer your question. "Smug Alert!" Season 10, Episode 2 is the only episode where we see Cartman do something nice for someone else for no benefit to himself whatsoever.
I really love that you find clips that inspired certain scenes in South Park episodes. You are the best reactor. You need more followers.
Most UA-camrs who do South Park reactions are as clueless as the one who asked "Is that Randy's father?" when Randy hallucinates that Micky from "Rocky 5" is telling him "Get up Rock! Get up ya bum!" in the episode "The Losing Edge." You, on the other hand, either get the references or look them up and put them into the video for your audience's edification. Your extra effort and your appreciation for and sharing of popular culture put you head and shoulders above other reactors.
8:10 did anyone else just really want a slice of that pizza? It looks really good! Probably a good last meal before you go to jail for a while!
watching you try not to laugh is so funny 6:06 PISS COMING FROM MY ASS
I quickly go to see another SP from you. This is one my favorite episodes.
Ay I was waiting for this one! This is probably my favorite episode 😂
Edit: watching you struggle to not laugh was hilarious 😂 glad you enjoyed the episode
I nearly died laughing when I saw adult butters use the bathroom he never changed
This episode was praised for it's portrayal of tourettes syndrome
It's funny to me that Kyle has a tactical outfit, but not a darker version of his hat. Then again, it kind of blends into bushes.
I knew a guy with tourettes in hs. He was in choir bc singing was therapeutic. During his final senoir concert, he was getting emotional and as with any neurological condition, it started acting up.
And these two absolute kooks behind me said "oh he's being so disrespectful". I whipped around and said "maybe you should shut the fuck up before I knock your dentures down your throat. He has a condition."
I got grounded for 3 months but it was worth it. That's my bro right there. I have echolalia from my autism and he had the vocal ticks. We'd both get some crap for it so we stuck together.
16:03 the icing on the cake.
